Weve been stuck today for over 12 hours 4 hours away from home. 2 lovely men from the company got us basically 3 hours closer to home while another company has been no help to us at all (a disabled woman and her PA) special shout out to the guys I gave little ducks too! (Wed been at a festival) You 2 were amazing and honestly helped us out so much! I believe your names were Chris and Aaron you guys were amazing!

An excellent service from Richfords last night.
Richard the driver was great, very professional. Completed the job without any stress.

I'm currently in a situation whereby I am having to arrange for a recovery company to recover my car from this recovery company as they won't tell me when they can drop my car off at a local garage which is waiting to conduct repairs on it. The garage is 3 miles from the compound!!!
Long story short, my vehicle broke down Wednesday late evening. Snapped spring, shredded tyre

RAC attended ,said I needed recovery so agreed for the following day.
Waited 7 hours with no contact the following day then when I explained that I need my car back Friday for a trip away, i start a new job monday for which i need my car and a garage is on standby to do the repairs. If they don't have it with them Friday morning they won't have time to repair it.
Rochford Motors turned up and the driver was fantastic.
He took it to the garage but this is where is gets confusing.
The recovery company said the garage told them to come back the following day , today, due to being late.
The garage phoned me asking where the car is at as they are waiting to start work on it!
Friday comes and the recovery company are saying they have my car In their compound, 3 miles from the garage that is waiting for it but they won't tell me when they can drop it off!
It's not hard advise a customer of an expected time of delivery so I can advise the garage who are only 3 miles away and waiting for it!
It's now 12:00! I'm waiting until 1330 then if no luck I'm going to have pay for another recovery company to recover my car from Richford recovery to get my car repaired on time!!!

Arrived at the given time, lovely driver Richard took great care of my vehicle. He was friendly and a very good recovery professional. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service from start to finish... from the lady I initially spoke to on the phone (apologies I didn't catch her name) and Richard who came to recover my car. Couldn't fault either of them, they were both friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much easier for me, it was very much appreciated.

Dave callinan- I was recovered on the M1 by Dave who was great. I found him very professionally, friendly and experienced in his field. Thank you for your help, I would highly recommend.

Waited hours for them to turn up. Spoke with lady around 9ish so said I would be collected at 9.40 heard nothing. Called rac at 11pm so said the driver could not locate or find me. No one called and no one drove in the car park I can see everyone coming in.

Dean from Richford Motors came out to us on Sunday via GreenFlag. Arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, sorted out the issue and reassured me that our ongoing travel would be OK. Very friendly chap, can't fault the service provided.

Sorry to say one star is to much why keep moving the time to pick my van up 12.39pm the 1.30pm then 2.30pm then 3.30pm then 3.45pm then come at 4.10pm from a 9.26am call why not say were pull out with call and just set a time why keep moving it ?????????? I just do get it

Richard was fantastic, very polite and helpful. upon arriving he reassured us and explained what he was going to do. upon getting our EV on to his lorry. He then proceeded to take us to some service stations to find a charger. The first 2 had No chargers. He then got permission from the company to take us a bit further on the A1 heading North. It wasn't long before we arrived. This service Station had lots of chargers to chose from, once he had taken our car off the lorry, we were able to connect it to the charger. Within an Hour we had enough charge and mileage to get home. my Partner and I would definitely use this company again

Our initial feelings of finding a problem with our car this morning were filled with doom and gloom. But all that began to disappear as soon as I rang GreenFlag, who in turn connected us with Richford Motor Services.
A first class professional company represented by our vehicle recovery technician driver Richard, who was courteous and caring from the first hello, who called us on the way to introduce himself and explain the procedure.
He was a considerate careful drive, thoughtful to the enth degree checking all our needs and comfort breaks were met

On reporting my problem I was given a waiting time of 2hrs, Richard, my rescuer was with me in less than 45mins was professional, got my car loaded and had me home within the 2hr time frame. And was good conversational company on the trip home, a credit to your Company. Neil Webster

After a struggle with Green flag they eventually confirmed where we were and passed the job to Richford. Tony from Richford arrived within the scheduled time and had our car loaded and secured very quickly.The reverse process was equally quick and efficient and the whole job was completed within an hour,amazing.We have nothing but praise for Tony who restored our faith in that some people can still preform a good job and leave their customers feeling better than they otherwise might have been.

Richard was a great help, got the vehicle loaded without keys and unloaded safely without issues at all, would definitely recommend and would definitely use again
