Jo at Ripples in London (Belsize Park) helped us design a fantastic bathroom for our new house in East London. Jo really listened to our ideas and provided great inspiration which reflected the style which we were after. She was very patient with some of our thoughts on palette and produced some fantastic technical drawings which really brought our ideas to life. We’ve been so pleased with the style and quality of the end product and would have no reservations in recommending Jo and the Ripples team in the future. Thanks again for all your help!

Ripples London in particular Jo Sangster has been extremely helpful, solved and created a beautiful family bathroom for us. Jo took on the challenge and came up with a design that no one else had. This meant that we were able to keep a family bath and created a stunning walk in shower with the space we had available. She created a mood board which we instantly liked, and apart from a few changes we went with all her choices. Jo also introduced us to a fitter that they use and Duncan works to a very high standard, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you all at Ripples London

Had an absolutely brilliant experience of working with RIpples. Jo was super friendly and helpful, listening to our input, and then providing expert guidance around choices and options. Her designs were not only beautiful, they were also super detailed which made installation really clear and easy for our contractors. All the products were really great quality, the after-sales care has been fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with our final bathrooms. Jo really took the stress out of everything, and provided original creative input while staying true to our original vision. I would highly recommend her and the Ripples team to anyone.

We had a fantastic experience with Ripples (London). Throughout each stage of the process – initial consultation, design meeting, installation process, post-installation – we were listened to and able to raise any issues, concerns, and questions. We felt this was always taken onboard. The timeframe and costs were clearly set out and stuck to closely - there was nothing unexpected at any point. The finished product matched up exactly to the design proposal. The installer took time to explain every part of the process, and where and how minor adjustments needed to be made. I don’t think we could have asked for anything more from Lisa and the team at Ripples. We would definitely go back there again if any future work were needed in our property.

We needed to replace our outdated bathroom, but didn’t know where to start. We knew we wanted something really different and, looking for ideas online, discovered Ripples in Knowle (Solihull).
We went along to the showroom and was greeted by a young lady with a big smile, who immediately made us welcome! Explaining what we thought we would like, Gurnaam, gave us a tour around the displays and introduced us to many exciting products and ideas. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren’t rushed, as she guided us through the design process and put together a “mood board”. Her ideas filled us with excitement and we left afterwards, having made the decision to trust Gurnaam with designing our new shower room for us!
We now have a bright, clean, sparkling new shower room, that’s both functional and fantastic!

Do not use the beaconsfield company. They have no aftercare service at all. Never visited our property in over a year, faulty products which they don't even acknowledge!! Paid a lot of money for 2 bathrooms and no aftercare at all. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off. Charging high end prices for medium products and low end service.

I had an amazing experience working with Jo from Ripples in the London branch. The great deal of effort, attentions to detail, and knowledge that Jo showed in her luxurious design was invaluable. She made my role as the installer much easier, which will really benefit the clients bathroom experience.

The team at Ripples (Jo in particular) were fantastic throughout. Helped us design and install a bathroom and en suite. The design was even better than we could have imagined (and Jo was exceptional at listening to our requirements and putting those into the plans) and we’re very happy with our new bathrooms!

Lisa from Ripples London was excellent: so helpful creating the design and supplying the fittings on time and within budget for our shower room. It now looks stunning!

I had not done a bathroom renovation in some time and was nervous about how to do it and what to use. Jo at Ripples London made everything easy for me and held my hand through the process. I'm not the sort of person to use a 'design' service but I felt I needed help from somebody (not a plumber) regarding changing a shower room to a wet room. Jo (Hampstead) turned out to be just the person I needed. She listened carefully to our requirements and budget and produced a lovely design, as well as helping to refurbish our second bathroom. She helped project manage both rooms and was a constant source of calm on the rare occasions when things weren't quite perfect with the installation. She was always easy to contact, even on her days off (thank you Jo!), and made the whole experience as stress-free as it could be. Highly recommended.

Over the past 6 months we have renovated and updated our bathrooms from the 1990s look to a more modern style thanks to the Ripplesbathrooms.com London branch.
Jo their representative was really a tremendous help. Guiding me to make the right decision when I just couldn’t make up my mind. We also had an excellent bathroom installer. He was a perfectionist.
Ripples have an excellent selection of sanitary ware, taps, shower heads, shower screens, floor and wall tiles.
No wonder I couldn’t make up my mind.
We have had fully functional bathrooms since June and are extremely satisfied

Lisa at Ripples London helped us with two new bathrooms, including providing invaluable design suggestions and ongoing practical advice. She turned orders (and changes to orders) round speedily and ensured the efficient delivery of items we had ordered. She was a delight to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

We had a small project to retile our splashback in a short time frame. Jo was supportive all the way through, from selecting the tiles to getting the order placed and keeping is posted on delivery and delays. Thank you Ripples London, and especially Jo!

Thanks to Lisa and her team at Ripples! I had almost given up any hope of finding a new bathroom design until I visited their showroom on Englands Lane, London - they were able to share ideas and products that significantly enhanced the design of my bathroom compared to other suppliers.

Great professional and friendly service from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa (she went above and beyond to ensure all products were delivered up to the required standard, as well as overseeing the installation herself); and the team doing the installation were fantastic! I can't recommend them highly enough.
