Bought a new pair of dry ranger trousers to replace an older pair from Rohan which were 15 years old and really good. I bought these as they have cargo pockets which I use to carry my phone and wallet. Unfortunately the pockets are only waterproof on the inside meaning that actually collect and hold the water reuslting in one dead phone. I have used Rohan for over 40 years and have to agree that their product quality is no longer what it was, which is a pity.

I have used this wonderful British product for 20 yrs and used it UK and abroad, never let me down, Has saved many times, keep warm and dry , or cool and fresh, forgot the rest, Rohan is the Best 👍🏾❤️, thanks Rohan ❤️

I made an online order but have not received an email confirmation. Following a telephone conversation my order was eventually confirmed but I am still waiting for the email confirmation that is promised on the Rohan website and was promised on the telephone. It seems that I am not alone in expressing concern about customer service. Rohan needs to wake up to the basic needs of its customers if it is to survive as a business.

The items were good and fitted well. However being told order ready I travelled to collect to find one part missing resulting in a second journey to pick it up

Dont write a bad review. I did about the shop in Marlborough and I got a formal letter banning me from the shop because I complained about male staff who convince you to try on a smaller size fully aware that Rohan fits small to begin with and then after you try it on and say it is too small they body shame you saying that no one else who has tried it on has said it was small. I tried on a shirt and said it was too tight across the chest and the guy asked to see how it fit without looking for a larger size. I am a regular size 14. You have to size up to get clothes that are overpriced rubbish. And the guy also commented on my age being over the average - I am 63yrs old. Charming.

Easy transactions and return.
Purchased a pair of trousers which was too large , returned and reordered smaller size , greta delivery and easy returns.

Don't waste your money, overpriced rubbish. Bought two pairs of walking trousers, wore them on a three week Canada trip, the stitching is already coming apart, holes in the pockets, and material is cheap. If you're looking for good walking trousers, don't overcomplicate it. Don't fall for the "engineered for this or that" marketing ploy. Just buy a well constructed pair of trousers from a natural fibre appropriate to the climate. Wool, cotton, linen whatever suits the temperature. These modern synthetics "constructed" for "x or y" is just marketing bull for selling you a cheaper material for premium price.

I bought a Rohan RFID wallet and I’m very pleased with it. Except that the credit card pockets are too tight. They are not quite wide enough by probably 1 or 2 mm. also, there is glue along the edge of the pockets. All this makes the credit cards difficult to pull out! Rohan needs to check this on future wallets

I am a keen nature photographer and have a range of Rohan kit bought mostly from the Stony Stratford store where they are extremely friendly and helpful. We just went on a Tiger Safari to India and the kit performed superbly. In a harsh environment where the mornings were cold and the days hot and humid and everything covered in layers of red dust, trousers, jacket, tech shirts and overshirts just did their job and allowed us to get on with enjoying the experience

I can't help but give great praise to Rohan for their fabulous outdoor clothing. I have NEVER had a problem with any item of clothing that I've bought including zips. Their standard is amazing & I still have & still wearing clothes that I bought from them years ago. I would especially like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Dunster store - you are amazing.

what a disgusting company they are.
sell 500 pound jackets,so you think they must be state of the art,but just shocking.
80 year old friend bought one in their stony stratford store,thought it was amazing.
got home from his holiday and found it impossible to do the zip up.
i popped round today to show him,could not understand how it could be so hard,but gave up after 20 mins and took it to the local rohan shop here.
lady in shop got the zip working first time,and said there is no fault,despite me then trying and failing 50 times in front of her.
she said sh would call head office and see if they could refund it,but they got back and said as it’s not broken then nothing they can do.
went to their help page and found they have a whole section relating to the zips,so they know they are faulty,but refuse to do anything about it.
so a 500 pound jacket as well in the garbage.
avoid at all costs ,unless you work there and have been on the training course on how to get the zip to work

Ordered a long sleeve shirt to renew my wardrobe of Rohan shirts bought many years ago but now fading. Delighted with the new shirt and when collecting my order I tried on the Rime jacket, comfortable and more stylish than most outdoor jackets. Bought it, and using it.

Tried to buy a new waterproof coat during the sale offered at £152 but price escalated to £250 overnight. Claimed to be a limited offer and withdrawn, who would know!
Doesn’t reflect well on their reputation adjusting prices mid sale!

All I can say is look at the quality and price of a Van Heusen shirt and then compare Rowan and try to justify one being up to £50 more expensive. One has collar sizes and is thicker, better quality fabric and the other is more expensive and has no collar sizes.

The choice must be made by most people by which name they think is trendy, that is only conclusion I can come to. So you have trendy or quality, that is the choice. Just pick up one of each and you have the answer.

On the day I collected my trousers my so called sale price £72.00. Went down again ( both online) to £60.00.
I feel cheated.

I have used Rohan gear since their inception in Long Preston. The ethos and quality of their clothing was second to none (who remembers Riri zips). However, once the company was initially sold off to Clarks things started to go downhill and unfortunately continued to gain momentum. The pricing of the clothing continues to be eye-wateringly expensive with hyperbole to match, but the quality and consistency in production appears to be little better than companies such as Mountain Warehouse. An example is the Global T's of which I have at least 10. Half of these I should really throw out as after a couple of years they have stretched to the point of no return. However, on visiting the store on Monday I found the XL size is now too small! Most of my Global T’s are XL except for a few size L when the XL’s became too big!
Time to walk away in my still perfect super Striders.

Purchase was straight forward from website. unfortunately the footwear runs small and didn't fit.

Went into Rohan Inverness today, first day out after the snow, trying to find a warm coat in the sales. Rohan used to have superb customer service instore, today it was abysmal. Two men, around 30-40 perhaps, engrossed in conversation, no eye contact, not interested in customers at all. I asked if the coat I was trying on was waterproof, a half hearted no, a vague, try that one in the window, no help to tell what size it was or where it was in store, no interest in what I wanted to buy at all, just back to their own conversation. The help and advice here used to be second to none, really knowledgeable staff who knew the stock and did everything to help you. I left the store, they lost a possible sale, nowadays I choose who to spend my money with carefully, if you can't be bothered, nor can I. I would be livid if I was the owner of this clothing brand.

I bought 6 items, so a large sum for me. I paid £8.95 for a premium service, next day Saturday delivery. The goods were not delivered, they were delivered elsewhere. DPD don’t want to know me, they refer me to Rohan but there is no one at Rohan available on a Saturday. ROHAN have my money but i have zero! There is a sales help desk open on Saturday morning at Rohan but they will do nothing and will just pass on a message. Maybe on Monday i will get a refund but that will take a while. I just want someone to own this but no one will, feels a case of “now you have my money no one wants to know me. Never ever again, if this was Amazon I would have had my goods or a refund by now.
