It was difficult for me to download the…
It was difficult for me to download the app but at the end I did , my daughter wanted to download the app on her phone as well is difficult for her as well. I call the rooster customer service number and I spoke to one off the staff she listened to me and she took my details that someone will call me or send me an email to get the app but I have still not got a response. I spoke to to the person yesterday and l did go to Brixton branch and I spoke to one of the staff to help me get the app on my daughter’s mobile phone but he too was not able to help. Am disappointed

Really simple to use, lots of flexibility as well. Give kids lots of control
Really simple to use, with loads of flexibility built in. It gives kids a genuine sense of control over their own money while still letting parents stay comfortably in the loop. My daughter especially has found it incredibly useful when she’s out with her friends — she can pay for things easily and confidently, and I can instantly see where her pocket money is going.
I also love how clear the app is: setting limits, topping up, and tracking spending all feel effortless. It strikes a brilliant balance between independence for the kids and peace of mind for parents. A really smart, modern way to teach good money habits.
Also important to note - as a NatWest customer, it doesn't cost anything so really great value for money

Excellent banking app for children
I really love using this app for our children's money. It makes giving pocket money so easy and encourages the children to do their chores. App is very user friendly.

Straightforward and transparent
The app is pretty straightforward to use, allowing parents to add chores to earn more pocket money, and my son has become much more financially aware as a result of using it. He can now use his Rooster card at the school tuck shop, although mostly it seems to be used to buy on-line games (sigh!)

The Rooster card makes life easy
The Rooster card makes it so easy for me to take care of my teenage grandson when he is out and about with his mates. I can quickly top it up for bus or taxi fare, drinks and food and I don't have to worry about those things.

Will be deleting this once I've got my…
Will be deleting this once I've got my money back and won't be using again, I decided to give my daughter a lot of birthday money in one go for the holiday, there's nowhere that states there's a limit of £1000 from bank transfer, because its a bank Holiday I cannot get the payment unfreeze until Tuesday, very poor customer service, if you want to set up anything for your kids I recommend setting up their own bank account and not Natwest
