Will be deleting this once I've got my money back and won't be using again, I decided to give my daughter a lot of birthday money in one go for the holiday, there's nowhere that states there's a limit of £1000 from bank transfer, because its a bank Holiday I cannot get the payment unfreeze until Tuesday, very poor customer service, if you want to set up anything for your kids I recommend setting up their own bank account and not Natwest

We decided on rooster after speaking to pu bank who were most helpful.

Excellent app and customer service. Much better than competitor Go Henry which our foster children have struggled to use, especially on public transport.

I opened this account for my daughter and then opened my own Natwest account to manage her rooster account. I accidently transferred too much to her Natwest (I added an extra 0 by mistake) and when it did not reach her rooster account I called Natwest customer services and they advised although the Rooster is with Natwest they cannot help me and I had to email Rooster. I did this and they advised it would take 8-10 working days to return the money to me and they were going to charge me £25 for doing this!! Needless to say I am cancelling both her Rooster account and my Natwest account once I have the money back!

Easy to track my daughters spending and for topping up her account, any issues are dealt with fast and politely

Easy to use. As the adult I'm able to view my child's account and support them to use it in a safe and appropriate way. This will help my child to learn where their pocket money comes from, how they are spending it, how to value their money, how to get the best out of their money and value saving too.

My daughter uses this account and it is really easy for her to withdraw any time she feels like it and reset the card again. Brilliant!

I really like the rooster money because it’s so important for our kids future.

Its simple and easy to set up, my grandchildren love the freedom to buy the things they need and i can keep a check on their spending, they love it.

Disappointed after several years of using this app successfully, my son's card hit an annual limit without warning leaving him pretty much stranded. I am now im told it will take a week to sort out. Poor customer service and terrible ethics with kids and young people's accounts.

Rooster Money is an excellent account to set up for your child. The app is incredibly easy to use for both children and parents, making pocket money management simple and stress free.
My child finds it fun and straightforward, and as a parent I really appreciate how clear everything is — from setting goals to tracking spending. It’s a brilliant way to teach children about money in a safe, controlled environment.
A huge bonus is that there are no monthly fees if one of the parents has a NatWest account, which makes it fantastic value. Even better, you can view your child’s Rooster Money balance directly within the NatWest banking app, which makes keeping an eye on things even more convenient.
Overall, Rooster Money is a smart, modern tool for families and I highly recommend it.

Quick and easy to use. Responsive and intuitive.

Great account, great parental control and very fast and easy to set up. Plenty of features and gives child a real sense of ownership and responsibility.

The app / cards are so easy to set up, and have great functions. My boys can see by doing the chores they have picked to do daily / weekly they are earning money and see where it goes. With the money they earn they can split it into pots for different things they would like to buy while still having money for spending at the shops when they are out with their friends, rather than having pockets of change / cash. Really easy to use and understand. Less worries for parents, if their cards were lost as we can set the amount of money for spending on the card, so they always have enough for their needs plus a wee bit extra just in case, and no more than that can be spent by anyone finding the card.

Best card for your child to have.You can set up chores for them in the app and then rewarded with little money.Also you can set up were the card can be used or not,shops,online etc .

Great incentive for children to manage their own money, I can monitor it and approve purchases if needed.

I do not kniw much abut chidrens rooster money but since I opend one for my soon. It sounds good
