Complicated return policy, low quality clothing

The tops I ordered from them didn't live up to the photos in their ads on Instagram. Heavy polyester with stamped on designs, the fit is very wide and boxy.
Returns are difficult - they will require an authorization and email you to try to convince you to keep the item at a discount. Shipping is at customer's expense and return shipping address in China. Positives- they did ultimately refund the purchase without requiring items be sent back, hence the 2 stars. They also replied within a business day to emails.

Clothes are total garbage

Clothes are total garbage. Terrible fit and the fabric feels like plastic. And they don’t really accept returns because it cost well over $100 to send it back (no they don’t pay for return shipping) so they just offer you a fraction of what you paid to keep their garbage clothes.

Very poor quality clothing. Don't waste your money. Very hard to receive a refund. Clothing is not labeled for sizing and very poor quality.

Requested a return of two items

Requested a return of two items. First email offered $15. For $104. In items. Refused asking for full refund and authorization to return items. Second email they offered $50. Refused asking for full refund. Third email offered $60. Refused asking for full refund. Fourth email offered $78. Refused asking for full refund. Fifth email telling me they refunded $78. They will not refund so BUYER BEWARE!!

Not a great experience

Shipping arrived in decent time but the items are not to the quality roselili advertises nor to the quality one would expect paying at a higher price. It sounds like paper when I move let alone breathe. There aren't legible tags for item care. I probably won't shop here again, I could have gotten similar quality for less money at Shein

I won’t be ordering again

I ordered a blouse I had my eye on for awhile. It went on sale so I finally decided to try it. I read their story about creating quality products in good working conditions and I liked what I read. My blouse showed up today and I was not happy with my purchase. The tags on the blouse are written in Chinese (so I can’t read them) and there is not a tag on the inside on how to care for the garment. I was not impressed by the quality at all. After learning about their lengthy and expensive return policy I will chalk this one up as a failure. Should have looked at reviews before ordering from this company. Their website seems to have beautiful pieces but I won’t be ordering again.

return policy is bad

It's very hard to return. I bought 5 clothes with $260+, the return shipping took $30-$50 (roselili does not cover it), it's been a few months but I still have not got my refund.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased 2 sweaters this month, they did arrive in timely manner, but one is not as represented. Poorly sewn (I am a sewer myself) I followed their instructions on how to return and the email address that I copied and pasted from their website is not a working email address. Looks like I am stuck with this purchase.

UPDATE- regarding Roselili’s reply to my complaint. The email given in their reply is NOT a working email…it is the exact email address I attempted to contact Roselili in the first place.

Do not use this store

Do not use this store. The product takes way too long to arrive (in fact, after two months, my item never arrived), and the customer service is lacking. Don't expect to be able to easily return your goods or get a refund if something isn't as expected. I recieved many emails giving me discount codes for the store and promise of a ten percent refund which has not been forthcoming. I wish I'd read the reviews online before buying from this store. Do not trust what they say in the comment responses, they do not actually do anything to help customers.

Edit: After asking for a refund on three occasions, I finally received a refund, but no thanks to Roselili. I had to file a case with PayPal, which Roselili did not respond to. PayPal sided with me and now I finally have my refund. Do not use this company.

No free returns / stucks with items

No free returns, the return address is overseas so you are stuck with the items…such poor customer service.

Very bad experience!

Very bad experience!
As others have written, the quality of the clothes is very low and the size is not correct. Some items came months later. So I can send the stuff very late back and I have to pay for it myself to China!! And who knows if and when I'll get the money back. My advise: do not order!!!

Refused to give a refund

The outfit I ordered didn't fit me, so I requested a refund and a return address, but they refused to and only gave me discounts and coupon codes. So this company is clearly a scam.
