I ordered summer sets and love them, the colours are beautiful ! I returned one, the process was easy and the service was great!

The team have had my return in the warehouse for nearly three weeks. I’ve emailed them constantly to get my refund processed. I had 5 items returned which was over $600 and they only processed $119. Then I’ve had to email again to get confirmation that the rest of the refund was being processed. I have had minimal to no response from anyone. I even said I am going to call fair trading because they haven’t refunded the rest of my money. Their customer service is shite. It’s like no one knows anything. It’s hard when there is no contact phone number and have to rely on email. Still no response to the rest of my refund. I honestly will not buy from this company again. The lack of customer service is appalling. Don’t expect to be refunded anytime soon….

The item arrived and the color was very different than pictured. I had to make a return, and was charged a $10 return fee even though this wasn’t due to change of mind — it was due to misleading advertising of color on their website.

Additionally, my return arrived back to them over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive my refund. The materials may be quality, but the shopping experience itself is poor. Buyer beware if online shopping.

I ordered sunchaser dress during the weekend (EU website), on Tuesday it was sent and on Thursday I already received It! The delivery was super fast, the quality of a dress is amazing! I will for sure order more clothes from your website, I'm in love with this brand :)

IN LOVE!! Even though I’m 5 months pregnant and feeling like a blowfish, I’ve never gotten so many compliments or felt so comfortable and beautiful in these dresses. I have the Alma dress in the terracotta red and loved it so much my mother bought me the yellow …..but think I might need the black and white versions too 😅

Loved the dress I ordered, colour as well as fabric, but the fit was slightly off unfortunately. Will definitely order again though, beautiful clothing and truly excellent customer service (e-mailed with Zoe and she responded very friendly and quick). Trustworthy site!

I have ordered two pairs of shorts at different times from Rove. The quality, sizing and delivery time is superb. They look exactly as they do online. The fabric is of excellent quality. Keep up the great work

Ich habe bei rovedesigns auf der EU Website das JOIE Midi dress und das Alegria dress gekauft. Ich liebe beide! Tolles Material und sehr schöne Verarbeitung! Lieferung nach Deutschland (BaWü) erfolgte sehr schnell innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Die Größenangaben entsprechen den üblichen Größen. Das Waschen und Bügeln der Kleider war problemlos.
Ganz klare Empfehlung! Toll ein Stück Aussie nach Deutschland zu bekommen!

The preorder I had took a bit more time to be sent that planned and ROVE decided to give me back money to apologize for the delay. It is not very frequent to be paid back instead of being offered a discount code, so congrats ROVE's team because doing so does not push towards more consumption / more purchases so it's better for the environment!
And of course, I forgot to add that the dress and the pants made from linen are gorgeous and very comfortable.

I bought the Amara dress in black from the EU online store. Delivery was quick and seamless, and I am very impressed with the quality of the dress.
The tailoring on the dress is beautiful, it fits like a glove and the linen has that heavy, high-quality feel that gives the dress a beautiful shape. I’m really impressed and will certainly order again!

I purchased the Sunchaser dress, and I'm so happy I did! It's high quality and exactly as described. The fit is perfect (I chatted with customer service about the size). Great customer service as well.

I ordered a dress from Rove for an upcoming holiday and the postal code was wrong on the delivery address(this was probably my fault), and I reached out to their customer service team after not getting anywhere with the carrier. THE level of customer care that I received is exactly why I am writing this review. I do also love the product. Great quality, so cute, it’s perfect. But the way they made sure to get in contact with the warehouse and carrier to make sure this was delivered to me before my trip was honestly incredible. Zoe literally kept me updated every step of the way and followed up to confirm the delivery. Love this company, love this team, love the products. Just love love love.

The whole experience was fantastic, I can't praise this company enough. Jamie, Liam the boys in the workshop were all first class 👏, they could not look after me any better. Now Malc the owner was glad too see the back of me, only joking, he needed to get to Villa before kick off. I can't thank the whole team for the service I've been given.

I’m so happy I found this amazing clothing label - ROVE. I was sitting on the fence for weeks before making a purchase as I have had lots of negative experiences with online shopping previously and was a bit anxious about it. There was no need to be. I ended up ordering 3 pieces (2 linen pants and 1 linen crop top) and I am absolutely delighted with each piece. They are very high quality, beautifully made and super flattering. I followed their sizing guide online and it’s very accurate. I see myself wearing these items for years and will feel very confident making future purchases from ROVE. As an added bonus they have great company values and their clothing is ethically made. I would highly recommend this company 💕

I actually forgot I had purchased something, when it turned up it was a cool surprise! Lol the best summer wear, breathable, good quality, light and flowy.

Clothes were as expected! No surprise, fabric is great and soft. I travelled in Asia, and wore them most of the time. They are light, and easy to wash. Also the customer service was good. Quick answer and great communication. I had to change size for one pant, and this was done in a couple of days! Would highly recommend this brand and will order again!

My sister recommended Rove as she has raved about them for a few years now. She especially loves their JOIE linen dress and I can vouch for how incredibly she looks it in. The material, the design…I can understand why she fell in love. I went ahead and purchased a few more for her bday recently and the customer service team are beyond anything I’ve every experienced. They’re real, and helpful and the interactions are so authentic. They absolutely ooze pride in what is clear is their heart and soul, and I’m so glad to be supporting a brand like this. They’re not fast fashion (so damn refreshing)…they are a sustainable label in which put love into what they create. I love supporting business like this, it makes you feel good about a purchase.
Thanks so much ROVE, I’m going to invest in a few pieces for myself next. Cannot wait.
