Rove is my go to brand for the perfect European summer outfit. I love the label’s ethics and their commitment to producing sustainable clothing from quality fabrics. To top it off their customer service is exceptional as well. Highly recommend!

Firstly no communication after the order was placed.
Definitely a dodgy website.
I emailed twice and no response.
When article arrived it is polyester not cotton as advertised. Its very poor quality and very cheap.
Not a dress but a shirt.
I would recommend anyone looking at this website to stay away

Hello Rovedesign!! I loved the Ecru blouse and olive green wrap skirt I ordered from you guys.. I was scared to order it after reading some negative reviews but the reviews were baseless.. It came out better than what's in the pic.. I loved the linen blouse.. If you can make the similar type of blouse and skirt it would be great.. I got so many compliments and everyone was asking where I got it from. I have recommended all my friends and I am definitely buying from you guys again. Above all and most important I would like to sincerely thank Zoe. She was so helpful to me when I was confused about my size .. Recommended me the right size which fit me perfect .. Answered all my queries without hesitation.. And my preordered skirt came just on right day she told me.. So happy and satisfied with the service you provide.. Thank you so much Zoe.. I just received my pants and shirt! I am in love with them so comfortable, colours exquisite. The coconut colour of shirt is beautiful! The pants are a great length also I am 170cm perfect length colour

A beautiful dress just as described and what must be the best customer experience I’ve ever had with resolving an issue! My product was mistakingly charged with import tax and Zoe at Rove was fantastic at keeping me updated while she looked into it and ensuring I got a full refund. What a great company! So refreshing to be able to make contact easily and communicate with a person who is dedicated to helping. If only all companies were like this!

Phenomenal service- after ordering I second guessed my size selection and Zoe responded to my email quickly, was able to change the order based on my information and then followed up to check I was happy with my purchase. The product is fabulous- great quality, design and fit and customer service excellent.

As a long time purchaser of Rove, very much highly recommend this brand. I have many pieces on high rotation, from the Voyage and Shirt dresses, to many more in between. Also absolutely beautiful owners xx

I bought a few dresses this summer and their designs and color palette are great - especially the dress with pockets. Also, the customer service was amazing. I pre-ordered some items and they would have arrived when I was out of town. I asked the service team to hold off on the delivery and it worked out great. Also, I decided to order some more stuff after receiving the first order and it was really easy to combine some returns from both orders in one single package. Thanks so much to Zoe for helping me with all my questions and for extending the return policy without any issues. I will surely buy again :)

I am so disappointed how I was treated. This is my experience:
I ordered a dress, which arrived carelessly packed in a plastic bag. It was extremely wrinkled and did not meet the expected quality (especially for the price!). Therefore, I returned it and payed for the return, as well. I received a response claiming that the dress was dirty and covered in sand, and they could only send me the dirty dress back, not the money. This is simply a LIE!! I am 100% sure that the dress was clean. And of course I don't want a dress back which I don't like and someone else made stains on it. They completely ignored my arguments and evidence photos. To me, it seems like a trick to take money from customers as it is only possible to pay by credit card. So the money is gone the moment you order. And they keep the money under false pretenses. How can you live with the fact that you as a company cheat on innocent people?

As I can't respond to your answer below, I can only add my evaluation here and say: This my experience with you. I don't want to harm anyone, especially not small firms. But I want other customers to warn and to know what I experienced with you. And unfortunately also other customers what you can see on Social Media or Trustpilot.

Update 10. April 2026:
I’d like to add something because today (almost 3 years later!?) Rove finally updated their response, and I’m unable to reply directly through the system.

The item I returned was in exactly the same condition as when I received it. I didn’t like the dress or its quality, which is why I sent it back at my own expense. Of course, I wouldn’t want the dress to be sent back to me again if I didn’t like it in the first place.

It is still outrageous to claim that the dress was full of sand or dirty. I don’t have a sandbox at home, do I? I never received my money back, and I sincerely hope I will never fall for a trick like this again.

I only can say: DO NOT SHOP THERE!

Placed a huge order and received it so quickly! I decided to keep 2 of the dresses and returned the rest as they weren't perfect for me and the team were so helpful with the whole process. I absolutely love my ROVE pieces and can't WAIT to add to my collection - there's too many beautiful things it is hard to pick! Thank you team!

The customer service from Rove was fantastic. They went above and beyond and I would definitely order from them again. It's so nice to be able to order from a beautiful store at home when I'm living abroad - bringing a little Byron vibe to Switzerland.

I’ve been purchasing items on and off from Rove for a long time now (I have a black dress purchased years ago that still looks new and comes absolutely everywhere with me). They’ve become my go to Australian brand when I need a wardrobe update or an easy to wear summer piece.

The quality is incredible, and I really appreciate how natural and beautiful the fabric feels to wear. I feel like my Rove pieces are long lasting - which I really appreciate as I’m super hard on clothing.

I’ve had great experiences with their customer service and returns, recently ordered a skirt that was slightly too big for me and swapping it out for a smaller size was a breeze.

Love how easy to wear and comfortable their clothes are, and their focus on sustainability is a massive plus for me. it feels good to support a brand doing good. Highly recommend

Just received my dress… AND I’M IN LOOOVE 🤍🤍🤍 was difficult to choose witch colour to get.. because they’re all so gorgeous 😍 buuut so happy with the “coconut” colored one !! It’s the PERFECT off white 🥥🤍☁️ will probably end up buying a few more colours now that I know it first perfectly 🫣🙌🏻

I’m 170 cm and got a M, fits like it was tailored 🤪
The material is just perfection, keeps you cool in the sun but still warm enough when it gets a bit cooler at night ☀️
It’s not see through either which is great !! 🤩

100% recommend !! It might be a bit more on the pricy side, but the dress and the quality and not to mention the service you get makes it worth it !! The shipping was very quick to Portugal, and the dress came in perfect condition 😍

I ordered a dress that I needed to return. You need to email to get a returns request but they have not replied to any of my emails so I’ve been unable to return it. I would never order from Rove again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Similar to another review, I received a damaged item with multiple holes in the fabric. I asked to return it and I was sent labels to return to Germany. Parcel did not arrive in Germany. I contacted Rove a couple of times but they have not replied to any emails. I will never be purchasing anything from Rove again nor will I ever be recommending them.

I decided on the Daydream dress in Marigold for my bridesmaids. They love it so much that one bridesmaid is also buying it in white just to wear this summer. The design means it’s adjustable to fit different body shapes and the material is really high quality. The best thing about Rove - which is why I’m writing this review - is their customer service. I emailed to ask about the jewellery worn by the model in their ads, and they went above and beyond to contact the shoot stylist and ask, then send me the links to buy, as well as to source for me a similar style for a necklace that had been bought at a market in Bali. It was really nice of them. Highly recommend this brand.

I ordered one of the over-sized cotton shirts, the size XS was absolutely ridiculous, it was more like XXXL and way too big to look good even for an oversized piece. The colour also was more of a muddy shade than the beautiful bright colour online. Not impressed with the quality either, I have better cotton clothes from others. Return also left me $16 out of pocket so def wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone, I won’t be ordering from them again.
