Royal Regis Travel & Tours Reviews 

Royal Regis is a FRAUD company, STAY AWAY, its a organised SCAM. They are bunch of liars, They took AED20500 from my card without telling me. They crossed out payment page and we signed but they filled amount fields without our knowledge. We agreed instalments which they presented to attract us but have taken the whole amount. THEY ARE FRAUD. Please share and advice each other for next step against this company.

Worst services ever. Never picking up call, or responding. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

He is cheter I was his ex employee still I am not get my salary when ever I call him he is not picking my call and not call me back.
I send message on whatsapp and request him to please clear my salary but he replied my company running in loss I am not able to pay you

Guys Stay Away from Royal Regies or any such similar offers. Read their terms and conditions. They will have all the reasons where practically you cannot plan a vacation or use thier vouchers. I am a member since 2 years and i could do nothing because of thier terms. the Hotel options they will offer (u need to pick from 2) for the trip package will be 3rd rated and very cheap, already having lot of bad reviews online. Late responses to your emails, taking lot of time for every conversation, this all will be clear that they dont want you to take a trip at all. Its a well planned scam.

Looks like you will be saving lot of money and you can do a lot with their packages. But the truth is you can do nothing. They dont earn by organizing tours (they dont even know what that means), They just earn by selling these useless scam offers which is all build with lot of terms and conditions, which u will know while trying to use only. STAY AWAY.

In 2019 we have taken 5 years travel scheme(Sapphire) from Royal Regis. They have given us extension for 2 years as we could not travel during Covid time. Recently in April we traveled to Jordan , all the arrangements are dine very well, helped to book tickets, All arrangements, like hotel (nice hotels) , airport pick and drop also good. Only little issue we had in hotel booked in Petra- bathrooms facilities were not Asian type. Since this is our first trip and all the arrangements are done pretty well on time. so 4 stars. Hoping to have more trips soon.

Hi! Can someone give updates regarding the membership? we signed up with them 3 days ago...and we were charged AED20,500. Need to know what to do next.. We are getting depressed already..

Terrible investment decision. Lucrative membership offers but the service is not what was expected. Tried booking a flight with them and was told that their ticketing system is down??? considering they are a travel service agency. This is just one of the many inconveniences they offer. Will keep you posted for more.

I am very happy the service which they made yet. I had seen many negative reviews about Royal Regis I have request you to kindly do the reviews honestly.

- All the staff were really accommodating especially FAIEZ MUHAMMED who was very patient with me in explaining the details regarding my dhow cruise voucher.

- During our phone conversation, he informed me about all the important details regarding my booking and made sure that I won’t have any problems even when I changed the date of my booking.

I want to inform everyone about Royal Regis Travel & Tour's. I got a call that, I have won a and holiday stay voucher, to collect the prize, and I have to attend a conference of 45 minutes. However, they manage the lied conveyed about the monthly payments 400 DHS installment plan and took 10900 from the card without any information. failed whatever was promised to us from the very next day from getting money from my credit card. DON’T SIGN the contract !! I am waiting to get my credit card statement to file a complaint in DED since I am tied talking with these scammers Now.

They called us to the office and again wasted our time by offering 70% of our money back !!! wow we did not agree and left .. Don't trust them ever.

I really had the most beautiful and memorable vacation that I would ever ask for. The staffs were very friendly, courteous and accommodating .I would really recommend anyone who wants to experience a hassle free holiday……
