1 male staff are very arrogant, have attitude. Don't forced someone to buy your service.

Mr. Sharukh is so nice. He assisted me in everything I need, rendered necessary actions at certain time in order for me to get the US Visa specially this time of pandemic. Boost my confidence as well with help of Karen who has given me tips and ideas on how to answer consular officer correctly with confidence.

Do not believe a word, read the contract carefully. I am lucky I got the refund (with some loss).
Was offered 3 star instead of 4 star hotels.
No apology or solution offered even on office visit.
So I canceled - then they drew my attention to the fine print (30% cancelation charge) - whereas when selling they say all sorts of things verbally. READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY, AND DO NOT SIGN WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING.

First, I received a call that I won a gold coin and 4days/3nights hotel accommodation. I didn't believe in the beginning. They said before collecting my prize, I have to listen to their business program for 45mins, but it took us 2hrs to listen.
With the agent, before she starts, I asked her how much it will cost the membership and how is the payment method. It seems like she got irritated with my question, and told me to let her finish and she will tell me the price later. She also told me that after her explanation about their business, my answer should be yes or no only. and the decision must be that moment only. I asked her why you need my answer that quick? Why I cannot decide later or after tomorrow? I have to check my expenses also, she said, the offer is only for today. I told her, okay, I need some time to think about it, and once one of my friend will be invited by you, I can go with him and get the same offer you were offering me now. Because it is the same thing, they are offering to my friend (who’s with me that time, because they told me to bring a friend), that means I can come again next time if one of my friend will be invited by them.
They also said that they are inviting 10 person a day. And I said, you have 10 winner everyday? With gold chip and hotels? She said yes.. So it’s not a winner, it’s their invitation strategy for you to come and listen to their business offer..
okay.. let’s continue. At the end of the meeting, I told her I’m not interested and I don’t have budget at the moment. She asked me how much I can give as down payment, I said no. I don’t have any money. Again, she got irritated and told me why I didn’t say in the beginning and let her talk continuously. But I told her that I asked her from the beginning the membership price and the payment method because I know where It will lead us. But she insist for me to listen first before the price topic.
Also, I don’t know why she got irritated when I said no, to think that she said from the beginning, there is no forcing from their part. It’s up to me if I will take the membership or no. but whenever I’m saying no, she keeps on insisting why, and the offer is good.
I’m sure they are real and legit, but I’m just hoping, don’t force people if they don’t want to.

PS. Thanks for the gold coin and hoping I can use the 4days/3nights that you gave me as a prize.

Royal Regis is such a great help although we were hesitant at first if the money we invested on this would be worth it. But I could attest that their service is genuine & very helpful indeed. Whenever our family plans to travel, we always consider to utilize their service & Ms Karen Alvarez is always ready to give suggestions & assist in so many ways just to make sure that everything is settled. Can’t wait for our next travel. Thank you Royal Regis.
