They informed me that I won the raffle, which is a hotel accommodation of 4 days to a specific mentioned country and a gold coin. They scheduled me to get my prize and this needs to have your partner with me so I bring my husband and when we are there already they already started to do their business and offer us a deal for travel package of 21 days but then they told us incase we decline on this offer of promoting their business proposal, we can still get our prize. The discussion is done and me and my husband told them we decline the offer but then this girl which is our kabayan ask why and push us to get this and lower the down payment initial so many sales talk up until we said yes. She told me, we can say no but she keeps asking why and pushing us to get the offer. Then after we check the reviews at home wow! This company has a lot of complaints at UAE which I think their main branch. Basically, me and my husband will not continue this but what I cannot imagine is that our own KABAYAN will do this to us.. and the initial downpayment is non-refundable, very wise.. Please be careful if someone will contact you and saying this magic words: “you won on raffle of gold coins and hotel accommodation, one time offer only) DO NOT ACCEPT OR WASTE TIME GOING TO ROYAL REGIS because they might convince you to get this offer.

Service is prompt and personalised. Mr. Sharukh is very reliable and proactively approaches all inquiries and requests. Highly recommended agency.

From my emerald membership I purchased in 2019 I planned the trip to Europe. reservation team

Thank you to Royal Regis for my welcome stay at Kempinski Hotel - The Pearl. It was a wonderful experience. I haved relaxed and recharged during my stay at Kempinski. Excellent service they rendered to me, and special thanks to Mr Sharukh from Royal Regis as well for quick service to my requests.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha for 2 days. It was my birthday and the whole experience was indeed special. The hotel management was kind to arrange a cake and decorate the room.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Sharukh for quickly acting upon our request to arrange and book a room. It was all well coordinated and communicated. Overall good experience and we look forward to more!

Initial experience with Royal Regis sales was not so good as we were promised with many things which was later amended when we approached to use those facilities, but later their customer service associate Mr.SAAD has guided us with all accurate information and even helped us with all our bookings for our first trip with Royal Regis which was an awesome experience. So i needed to update my review for Royal Regis and Im extremely happy to give them the rating they deserve for being so patient and understanding in explaining to me in details everything that i was so confused about. Many Special thanks to Mr. Khaja (10stars) for entertaining all my questions and for efficiently solving the issues that I had and he has handled everything professionally and in a friendly, nice, considerate manner. Employees like him should be commended for his knowledge of how customer service is defined. Now i know why Royal Regis stands out is because the team are very approachable and they will truly make their best to make the travel and booking of their clients wonderful and stress free. Thanks also to the accounts and reservations department despite of me being a bit difficult, they were all so understanding and amazing. I would highly recommend their services and happy to be part of their family and looking forward to booking with them more future travels for me and for my family and hopefully for my friends and also for everyone who has read this. Great experience ever. I can say that the Royal Regis Qatar is superior to any other agency based on my travel experiences. The itinerary is perfect with no wasted time everything is perfect and maximized due to the right place time and weather condition. Whether the hotel is well-organized and catering to the needs of the couple or family, the meals are delicious and the staffs are well-treated with foreigners.
I will not hesitate to recommend the Royal Regis to my friends and relatives who are planning to tour overseas.
