I had looked around at a number of stone sign companies but found Rustic Stone to be the easiest to contact, using their online sign creator which although does have its limitations it was easy to get across the design and sizes I wanted and for getting a price online for something custom was great, It arrived quicker than any other estimate I had from other companies and Rustic Stone were almost 50% cheaper! The sign looks fantastic and the YouTube videos describing the materials thickness etc. were very helpful.

Having been messed about for 3 months by a Wiltshire based mason the contrast with Rustic Stone could not have been more marked. The design was agreed and the product made and delivered in three weeks. Customer focus could not have been better.

This is something not so common in the UK, But Jeremy was brilliant and very helpful. I needed a stone for a vowel renewal and wanted it personalized for a keep sake, I sent over the font and design and within a sort space it arrived. It was better than I could have imagined and is quite the talking peace. Thank you so much as you have made a special day very special indeed.

I was looking for a memorial stone in memory of my Grandad. I had contact with a number of companies but Jeremy at Rustic Stone was the most efficient and helpful person I spoke to. He was able to provide me with a mock up image (which most other companies wanted to charge me for doing one) and he was happy to make the minor changes I wanted, again showing me a further mock up image. Once I was happy he kept me informed of the progress and the item was with me in a good time frame. We were really pleased with the quality of the work and the price which was more competitive than the other companies I spoke to. I ordered a slate house plaque from Rustic Stone and within 3 weeks it arrived, well packaged in polystyrene to prevent damage.
