I ordered a memorial stone for my much loved dog at a very difficult time for me. Jeremy at Rustic Stone was very kind with answering my questions and helping me to get the design exactly right. When the stone arrived it was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have a better memorial for my Buster. I would recommend this company to everyone and, though I hope not to have to use it again for a long time, would definitely go back to them for a memorial for my other dog.

I have to say how fantastic the slate memorial stone we have just received from Rustic Stone is. The item is just how we ordered it and will be a very fitting tribute to our much missed dog. I would not hesitate to use them again!

The Memorial Plaque is beautifully made, and the communication with Rustic Stone was excellent. I made a mistake with the dates, and thankfully a mock up was sent via email for me to authorise. Jeremy was very kind and understanding and assured me that the Plaque would not have been made without my authorising the mock up. Delivery was really good.

Our Christmas pressie from mum was a new sign for our home which we had just re named . I used the simple online design service from Rustic Stone then submitted design along with some additional comments.Jeremy replied very promptly and adapted my design further so that we got the exact design we wanted. I ordered a plaque for my late grandfathers anniversary and left it a bit short for time due to not finding anywhere that would provide what i was looking for luckily i came accross rustic stone where I could design exactly what I wanted. After submitting my order I e-mailed to explain I was looking for it a bit sooner, I received my order within the timescale and could not be happier with it outstanding quality and well worth the money! The on-line design tool, and proof example sent to us, meant we were able to see and order exactly what we wanted. It was made and delivered within a couple of weeks. We were very happy with the finished product, which was just as we had designed it to be and a good quality. Communication was excellent through out; with my emails typically being answered in minutes. And the price was very competitive too. Excellent company; would recommend.

Found this service whilst browsing for house signs and I must say they were extremely helpful in advising us. The finished sign was delivered speedily and very impressive..

My brothers and I wanted something special to put in Mum's garden following her sudden passing. I had something in mind, but had to really research to find someone who could actually produce what we wanted.
Rustic Stone offer a simple, straightforward service - accommodating whatever your needs may be. We received a proof before the engraving was done and when the stone arrived, it was absolutely lovely and just what I had in mind. The stone is now in her garden, surrounded by flowers and is a wonderful memorial to a wonderful Mum.
