Our refrigerator is almost 8 years old and it has had several things go wrong. But, Samsung has a wonderful parts department and in the things I have repaired they have been an easy task to take care of.

Amazing and efficient, answered all questions within minutes

At the time of placing my order it was noted, that parts will be sent out in 5-business days. After that, nothing happened. When I reached out customer support to check where is the part, they told me that the part is back-ordered ...and ETA would be in 2weeks ...maybe. Seriously? Also, there is no way to check status of your order. The only think you can do is to place PO and then hope it's going to be delivered by the end of the year. Have some sense for business people and make a better business model. Horrible experience.

Looking for a refrigerator water filter, put in model # and got every part imaginable EXCEPT the water filter, searched water filters and ordered the one that website said fit and it DIDN'T. Now struggling to return the wrong part (that you said would fit). Horrible website to work with!!!!

didn't receive the handle end caps, only the plastic inserts

After waiting for over a month for the part the wrong part was sent to me. I was told that I had to pay for the shipping to return the part. I then was told that the correct part was on back order. I ended up buying the part on Amazon. I received the part the same day. Your customer service is a joke. I will never use your service again. I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service.

It was delayed due to a back order. However all went well with the delivery.

Charging $100 for a plastic knob for a stove is robbery. Had to have it so did not have a choice but thats absolute insanity to rape a customer like that.

They show the wrong part in the picture for a shelf for a Samsung fridge. When you return it to get the right shelf, they do not refund you in full and expect you to pay $26 just to return the shelf that you didn't order in the first place. Fraud!

Fast and easy customer support for assistance with replacement parts. Had a 2022 model needing a new crisper shelf in 2026. Still carrying parts for it.

sure, I spoke with one of your team members about the size , after her doing her investigation ,she still assured me that it was the right fit. I guess i still sounded unsure & then spoke to a manager who also investigated the proper size & reassured me that once it arrives if there is a problem to contact Samsung Parts Dept. No action was needed, it was in fact a perfect fit. great customer service!!!!!
