this is an absolute trash company who steals from you

I ordered a icemaker to replace the one that wasn't working. on their site, it said 3 days. I ordered the part August 6, 2025 and wasn't even shipped until September 25, about 7 weeks after I ordered it. Most reputable places will let you know immediately if they don't have it in stock, which allows you to decide if you still want it. The receipt I got said shipping would be 3 to 5 days. That was a lie too. It was shipped Sept 25 according to them, I received it in 6 days, on Oct 3rd.
I emailed SamsungParts and told them I didn't want it now as it was so late. Their response was, " Well, you didn't tell us!" Are these people that insensitive that they think you want something almost 2 months later?
Then they said, "Well, we can take it back but will have to charge you for it." This is just totally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Never again, NEVER!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SCAM-SUNG PARTS or SCAM-SUNG PARTS USA. FIRST THEY WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG PART THEN WILL TRY TO NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO START... AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS HORRIBLE AS THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IF NOT WORST...

It seems that this company changed its name a lot (check on companies house their company number for INGRAM MICRO SERVICES LTD, Company number 03591124. I found this company number on the invoice of the item I was supposed to receive. I tried to contact them, they asked me for an invoice as they "couldn't find" my order number and then silence. Nothing. Shame on you, people, for being a fraud!

I'm echoing the other reviews.
I ordered a Samsung part for my vacuum Feb 7th. As of March 4th I've not received the part. The websites email is shut down. I spoke with a representative who told me the part is on back order. The shop ap is useless! My order is no longer listed on the app. I will seek reimbursement via my credit card.

Samsung Parts USA. Online customer service has been atrocious and utterly unprofessional. Not to mention, other sites show my replacement as back orders or not available. They show as available and ships with 5-8 days. It still takes your order without notifying you of 1-6 week back orders and order confirmation also says nothing about back order. I find that to be deceptive practices. Customer Service just said “I do t know I didn’t build the website” and shared a phone number I could call if I “wanted to complain more. “

No issues !!!Bought a new screen for samsung A52 ...well packaged and received in time!!!

I can see why they have a 1 star rating! They are a scam operation. They took our money and never delivered our parts. After a while haggling with them we just cut our losses and moved on. No more Samsung anything for us!!!!

Placed an order January 31. As of today (2/10/2025) i have received no shipping information or updates on the product. When I have attempted to contact them via support email, it bounced back 3 times "address not found." Purchase was rerouted to an address in Gabon (.ga).

Bought part for dryer that was in stock. As soon as hit buy key, part was back ordered to two weeks out. When that past, part was then changed to no estimate from factory. Called them and cancelled order. They said it would take a few days. Reported to AMEX as fraud. Got money back.

There is no way this company will be in business in 2026. Just keep reading ⬆️ ⬇️

Ordered part over a month ago I keep sending messages to the chat cause I cannot not get any response they keep telling me the part is on back order does anyone know how I can get my refund cause they sure were quick to take my payment

Got a Samsung stove less than 2 years ago. Got error message CF2. Found out it meant the oven control board needed to be replaced. For six months been trying to get the correct part number. Samsung keeps providing part number for a fridge control board instead of the oven. Now Samsung is suggesting that I purchase a repair manual so that I can get the correct part number. When I asked why Samsung can't look up the correct part number in the repair manual? There's no response. Samsung offers to have their tech install it for $900 but I can purchase the part for $200 and install myself. Kinda feel like I am getting the proverbial runaround by Samsung huh.

Do not use Samsung Parts website products. They have terrible customer service and the agents don’t care about the customers. They lie and change the excuses on why my part did not get shipped. A Customer Service Manager lied to me my part was supposed to ship overnight they dropped the ball and without saying anything with a new ship date 6 days out. I ask about sending me another part and I would send back the first one back, without checking he said that was the last one. So I went to the ordering page and low and behold they have at least one more left. I didn’t order the part overnight again in case they give me some excuse why I couldn’t be able to return the first. I already paid at least $60 over other company price to get genuine Samsung parts with overnight shipping. Don’t believe their lies, They sucker you in to thinking everything going to be correct part and good shipping choices, but once they get your money they change things around and leave you stuck buying their parts because canceling and buying another place would put the receive date out even more. They did not contact me as soon as the problem with shipping occurred leaving me no choice but to buy their part. Buyers beware this company does not care about you once they have your money. I have in the past thought Samsung was a great brand I even own a Samsung washer, dryer and tv. But I will now tell everyone and review every website that will listen what my experience with their parts department. I learned about the problem after check shipping status. I did not receive any updates or change notice until I contacted them then amazingly I get 3 emails updating me but does not give any options of getting the part sooner…. Buy elsewhere. Also the reviews on their website looked hand picked the reviews have all 4&5 stars and you have no way of to submitting a review to this site another suspect policy and company. Tell everyone you know to stay away from Samsung products

Guys, if there is any chance that you can get the part anywhere else other than this website, go for it. Don't! Order! Here!
