Found my part easily and purchase was quick and easy!

Site is not intuitive and wait times between clicks too long

Very easy to use, good option

Can't find my t.v. and site is a little difficult to navigate.

The search function is a bit clunky, but I finally located my part. As a new customer entering the address information took some time; the form auto-filled, but wouldn't accept my city name. Finally figured out I had to completely reset the form and fill in each field individually.

The first order which was confirmed by a phone call was not shipped nor did CS contact me about a problem Hopefully this one will go without any issues.

Your shipping charges are way over priced. $14.33 that I was just charged should be about $5 similar to my previous order last week.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this place. I waited on chat for an hour and a half. While waiting I called as well, and basically was told they had no idea what the parts looked like to ensure I was ordering the correct parts and it could only be done through chat. Finally after chat came up, the person was absolutely rude and condescending. I asked a couple questions to ensure I was getting the correct parts, and he gave me two out of the three in images to confirm. On the third one he became hostile when I told him I wanted to ensure it was the correct one and asked for a picture of that piece, and he just ended the chat session. Cannot recommend this place for customer service, we will see what I end up with since I was not about to wait on chat again for another hour and a half to have terrible customer service.
