Easy, straightforward transaction in a clean warm showroom. Richard was very easy to communicate with. We have actually enjoyed the experience of buying our new car from Sandicliffe.

We can recommend this particular dealership on our experience of the whole process of buying a car. Also for the amount of 2nd hand cars they have in stock made finding a car easier. We wasted time trawling around quite a few garages before coming here!!

From the initial viewing through to collection, he was professional, approachable, and transparent throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed questions promptly, and ensured the car was prepared properly before handover. The overall experience felt well-organised and customer-focused, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Normally I'm not big on leaving reviews. That said I felt the need to write one for my experience at Sandicliffe at Loughborough.
I was greeted by Dionne when entering the showroom, who was very informative and helpful, made my purchase easy.
I could not recommend them enough

Dionne was very helpful in arranging test drive, discussing options and getting the car set up and ready for collection in only a few days.

My review is regarding the after sale service you get, I picked up a car I bought from Sandicliffe Lincoln on Friday 16th of January on the day of collection I was promised £10 of fuel and a full battery charge the battery was not fully charged and we had to wait for the fuel to be done.
On the journey home after paying for all the add ons the paint and upholstery and tyre options ,I noticed a crack in the plastic trim of the gear shift which should have been noticed when they did all those. I immediately rang the garage from the car and was asked to send pictures which I did on the same day.I sent another email asking what is happening with that to the salesman again and still have no answer.
But they have phoned me about Gap insurance.
All I can say I am sad now that I chose that garage for my car purchase.

Brilliant service went into the showroom very friendly sales staff and great back office purchase of a new car was so smooth down to even putting my private plate on before collection. Brilliant communication throughout and wonderful after sales service.

Richard created a relaxed atmosphere whilst being knowledgeable about the cars that made ot a pleasure to explore the right car for us. The process of buying our MGS5 was really straightforward. Looking forward to many happy miles of motoring!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had at Sandicliffe Loughborough. I bought a car here in March, paying outright for what I hoped would be a reliable "forever car." While the staff were very helpful when taking my money, the aftercare has been shocking.
​Just eight months after purchase, the engine and turbo failed completely, leaving the car fit only for scrap. When I contacted the dealership for help, I was simply told it was "out of warranty" and they washed their hands of the situation.
​More concerningly, my independent mechanic has since confirmed that despite being sold with a "Full Service History," the car had never actually had a full service in its life. It appears Sandicliffe merely topped up the oil, stamped the book, and ignored the actual maintenance needs of the vehicle.
​I trusted a reputable dealer to be honest about a vehicle's history and condition. Instead, I’ve lost my hard-earned savings. Please be very careful before buying here; they are great at the initial sale, but once you drive off the forecourt, you are on your own.

I found the perfect van through Sandicliffe. I was so impressed with the service, from making contact and the van being delivered along with all documents sorted was done within the week. Joe did a fantastic job in making it such a smooth purchase without having to come up to Nottingham from Bournemouth prior to buying the vehicle. Many thanks.
