Scented Gem Ltd Reviews

This was my first order and my raffle winnings combined! Absolutely unreal! First off, the best customer service ever. More like having a friend to be honest! I could smell my products through the box and then when I opened it… my my… it was heaven! I did get another soap sponge but I’ve been busy using it religiously! Burned one of my wax melts tonight and ooof! The smell in my home😍 cannot wait for my other order and to order more

The best wax melts!! My whole house smells amazing and you get lots of reburns from one melt! Gemma and Jamie make a great team and are a great embodiment what amazing customer service is! 5*****

Thank you for your hard work guys. From your visit to Lincoln and smelling your scents in person, I was overwhelmed how strong they was. There was one that caught my attention which you recommended and I love it and now I buy more of you 🫣😂 and also my boy loves your bath bombs xx

Amazing products and amazing staff. If you don’t already use scented gem then start because they last around 5/7 days depending on what sort of burner you use. You don’t get that with any others .Insane guys 💗

I only usually buy wax melts from an already very popular brand but as I was on TikTok I saw the mystery bags and purchased one and WOW!! I can smell Bora Bora all through my house and the others smell amazing too I can’t wait to buy more I will definitely be a returning customer from now on! Thank you so much!
