These are not cheap Gilets, I have three. That said they're very good quality although there's one problem. The lining inside the pocket area has a strange texture and if you are wearing certain garments underneath the Gilet such as wool, the pocket lining will damage the garment by creating roughed up patches, it's a similar effect to Velcro.

I’ve bought a few shirts from Schöffel and they are genuinely lovely, great fit, nice materials, and they look smart both casually and dressed up.

However, in my experience they don’t seem to last as well as some other brands I’ve owned at a similar price point. After regular wear and washing, they’ve shown signs of wear sooner than I’d expect.

Overall, they look and feel great, but I do think the durability could be improved.

The coat is well made and fits, but is not warm at all. This is a shame as it is labelled medium-high warmth, and I assumed it would have some padding/warmth. Thus I am very disappointed - as I only realized this after wearing the coat (as one would - its impossible to tell without wearing), I cannot return it. I would buy again from Schoffel, and wish I could exchange for another model, but unfortunately this coat is not as advertised in my opinion.

Love the Schoffel stuff. Expensive but great clothing.

It took a few attempts to get the right fit and had to buy 2 sizes bigger, but on this occasion it was worth it. Schoffel were great about my returns and replacements were received in an acceptable timeframe.

Purchased a jacket from Schoffel, process of buying and shipping (to Ireland) was brilliant, seamless with them having fee/in-port taxes incorporated into pricing. I would recommend Schoffel as brand to confidently buy from.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Lyndham Fleece I purchased. After wearing it only six times, the faux leather trim has already worn away in multiple areas. While I could understand some wear under the arms, the damage around the front zip and collar is completely unacceptable.
I raised a complaint, but instead of acknowledging the issue, your team blamed the detergent I used even though the damage was present before the garment was ever washed. This response feels dismissive and does not address the real problem: the poor quality of the product, especially considering the price paid.
Overall, both the fleece and the customer service I received were very disappointing.

If there is an issue with delivery then it would be better to inform the customer and find a solution rather than simply refund undelivered items.
