I found that your website was easy to use as I am not very experienced in computers or ordering online as I prefer to see my purchases beforehand but my young grandson reassured me that the quality of your products are amazing. I do find it abit expensive but you get what you pay for. Delivered as per agreement time. Great clothing and delivery is very quick

I wanted to share my experience with two Schoffel shirts in case it helps anyone who’s thinking about buying them. Unfortunately, I’ve been really disappointed with the quality, especially considering the premium price point.
Both shirts were washed at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle, yet the sleeves have noticeably shrunk. They now sit more like 3/4-length sleeves, which looks odd and makes them unwearable for the purpose they were bought for. It’s frustrating because the rest of the shirts still look almost new; it’s just the sleeves that are now far too short. What makes this more confusing is that my partner also owns a Schoffel flannel shirt, washed in the same way, and that one has held up perfectly. It seems like the quality is inconsistent across different shirts, which is disappointing. I reached out to customer service, but because the shirts are out of warranty, they said there’s nothing they can do. I understand policies, but given the condition of the shirts and the fact the issue is clearly a manufacturing or fabric fault rather than misuse, I expected a bit more support from a brand positioned at this price level. In the future, we’ll be buying shirts from other countrywear brands, many of which are cheaper and, in our experience, offer better and more reliable quality. Just wanted to give others a heads up before spending the money, as this was definitely not the experience we expected from Schoffel. I can also see from other reviews we are not the first to comment on shrinking of the shirts. Customer services have now responded to this review to say shrinkage isn’t typically considered a manufacturing defect as it’s often influenced by external care factors rather than how the garment is made. I dread to think what the shirts would look like if I washed them at 40 degrees as per the label. The shirts are washed the same as every other shirt yet these are the only ones which haven’t upheld quality. My review is not looking for compensation it is just to warn others. We will be sticking to Brocklehurst shirts going forwards!

Lovely product, the socks are made well from a soft breathable material in an attractive range of colours. They arrived promptly in a beautiful presentation box.

I am delighted with the quality and fit of my Calton cotton quarter zip jumper and my Lewis lambs wood crew necked jumper.
Ordering the jumpers on line was seamless, and the on time delivery just perfect - what more can I ask?

Prompt delivery - good quality Gilet

Ordered a jumper online, efficient checkout process and was kept informed throughout the delivery process. Unfortunately the jumper was not quite right for me (sleeves a bit long) and I decided on a Barbour one instead. Return process was equally efficient with a drop off location very near my office and the full refund was back on my card within a couple of days.
Will definitely use the company again if there is anything I need from them.

Good service. Swift delivery. Slim fit chinos (navy) were a perfect fit, whereas the dark khaki green regular size were a bit on the large size, but still acceptable. It would be helpful to have the fit information at the top of the page and if all colours were to be available i both regular and slim fit. I would order another pair, but the size/fit/colour that I would like is out of stock.
