Great website for school uniform
Fabulous website, had the school uniform I needed in the right colour and a great range of sizes in stock.

Extremely disappointed with the service…
Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Bought a large order as an individual and being accused of buying as a business and not accepting my consumer rights. I am taking legal action but please everyone be careful when ordering!! Cannot believe they are treating me in this manner, wish I had given my business to a genuine company.

We heard nothing further from you until we received a return on 26/09/24 when we examined the items returned, five in total we realised that the items were from your April orders, even if you had placed the April orders as a consumer and not a business, 5 months is outside our refund policy.
So what we did as a gesture of goodwill was we replenished you with 7200 points value £72, for the three items that were retuned from order number 257738 from April 22nd 2024.
For the two items that you had returned from the order number 257337 from 4th April our system shows that on 8th April we refunded you for these two items a total of £46.00 as they were showing out of stock at the time, so we have returned those two items to you as we can not be sure they were from us and we had refunded the two you had purchased already anyway.
Please could you let me know if I have missed anything from the above?

Great customer service and delivery.
The delivery was on time, the trousers were very good quality and as described. Customer services were very helpful too and replied back straight away to my e mail regarding returning trouser because they were the wrong size. Refund was very prompt too.

Made a silly error and ordered the wrong waist size for school trousers. The correct size must have been despatched the same day as my returned trousers arrived. Delivered in two working days.

Great company
I highly recommend this company, I came across them when trying to find a school skirt in larger sizes. The ordering processes were straightforward and delivery was as advised.
I ordered two sizes for fit and had no problem returning the unwanted ones. The quality of the skirts are very good, purchased a box pleat, which washed well and fell back into shape.

Great site for uniforms especially since they deal with larger sizes
Having a child who is large for his age it was an absolute godsend to find this seller. His 38 inch waist was available in school uniform. Fit well, wash well and excellent quality. I do not hesitate to recommend this site to all parents whatever their childrens size. They were fast in delivery and in response to any queries. A delight to deal with.

Fantastic customer service!! I won’t buy my son’s trousers from anywhere else and I’ve tried practically every uniform seller from supermarkets to all the uniform shops locally. Ordered a pair of wellies 1st of…
Ordered a pair of wellies 1st of September and paid for a next day delivery which was supposed to be Monday 2nd of September but neither my order nor any communication to advise on the status of my order has been received. Phoned the customer service line and it’s just an answering machine repeating the same annoying 1 sentence without any actual human manning the phone line. Super displeased - not even 1 star is deserved.

Really disappointed with delivery option.
Really disappointed, ordered trousers yesterday saying next day delivery, yet to receive them today. Why advertise next day delivery when you are unable to offer this. I've sent an email to you today but no reply. I would of drove from Wales today to collect them if I'd known the delivery wouldn't of been today. Just had an email from Luke to apologise for my late delivery and very kindly offered a discount on my next order. Thank you appreciate this.

Great customer service by the lady doing the embroidery, I have a physical disability & she gave me a call, I picked up the uniform directly from her and didn’t have to wait in the long ques, they worked alongside action for children for me to get my children’s uniforms funded due to bad family circumstances. Couldn’t have done it without the help I luckily managed to get, very thankful!
