I can't believe this only has 70+ reviews. Scrimba made learning enjoyable and playful for me. Great product and team of people behind it. I subscribe from time to time when I have time to play and learn with it. Even their IDE is beautiful.

Learning to code with Scrimba has been so much fun. I have already built projects and things are clicking. Love the instructors and UI and the entire experience. Community is fire, too!

This course was very misleading about it's paid content. The course is listed as free, and mentions a membership if you want to continue with solo projects using their assisted platform. However, after a few lessons, you are locked out completely unless you pay a very large membership fee! I have nothing against a paid course that is well maintained, but if your course requires payment, do not list it as free... Even saying "free trial" would have been less misleading. Disgusting...

Scrima is my favourite learning platform, you have so many courses and the most important thing is that you practise a lot with exercises and projects. They are not just theory. Just try it and you won´t leave it.

One of the best platforms out there to learn to code and to start your path towards your new career or your own project.

If you're looking to learn how to code don't look don't look at any other course just! Scrimba is all you need
What I enjoy the most about the course is you get a lot of practice coding and there's a very active community if you need help.
I'm 40% through the full stack course and will finish it soon insha Allah

Scrimba is a unique platform that allows you to learn coding hands-on alongside the teacher on the same screen. I believe this is one of the best features I've ever encountered on any website! It's a super awesome investment.

What I really love about this platform is how the AI reviews your solutions and gives back feedback on how to make the code better.

I love how hands-on the courses are. They give exercise challenges after almost every video. If you’re a visual learner like me, this one is for you. They visually explain everything on screen step by step. You’ll also get lots of practice, and it helps build that muscle memory.

I wanted to learn to code, but I couldn't find a good platform, but then I found Scrimba. Scrimba is by far the best platform I've ever used (and subscribed to). Scrimba is super interactive, super smooth, the teachers are great, the content is great, the platform itself is super fun and interesting to interact with (I spend 20% of my time hovering over a button to see that cool animation). Overall, my experience was great, 100% reccomended!!!

The Front End Courses are exceptional but Backend and AI courses have been rushed without taking into consideration practice beyond the Scrimba Environment. Backend coding has been rushed and Javascript is the only language majorly promoted

Feeling very disheartened about being charged an extortionate sum randomly. Scrimba hasnt contacted once and I havent used their service for a whole year.

Update: Scrimba refunded the accidental renewal and made a slight update to their FAQ adding a reference to costumer support in addition to the description of their policy on renewals (that they are not refunded,by default at least).

I bought a year-long subscription for Scrimba last year. It was ok, bit it didn't meet my expectations. Without warning or contact, Scrimba withdrew money for another FULL YEAR of subscription that I do not need nor was aware that I had signed up for. They refuse to refund it even though I attempted to reach out within hours of the transaction appearing on my account. I cannot afford it :(
The company feels more like a money-grabbing scam than anything else. Be very careful!

I have tried other coding platforms, free and paid. Some are too hand holding, telling you every single step without showing the picture, and often time I forgot what's I am even doing. Some are too difficult for beginner, as I just code without knowing if I am doing it right or not.

Scrimba is not perfect, but it is the best platform right now for me who needs to fall in love with coding again, while also learn good coding practice.

The instructors are really enthusiastic and it's so much fun than just reading lecture note. Also, they show you what projects you are going to make. I like when they show me the final design, and I will try to make my website look like that. Which are similar to receive Figma design from UX designer in my work.

Okay, now as you become more advanced, coding with their in-browser IDE is not ideal. But for beginner, or people who just want to try coding for fun, it's great to get a sense of coding. Besides, you are not forced to use their IDE. You can just code along. :D

Best platform to learn code out there. Literally replaced insta scrolling with scrimba how engagin it is

Excellent Platform
What a excellent platform. Nothing is skipped. The courses are perfectly designed and knowledge builds on top of each other.
Really love the exercises and the in-browser IDE, which makes it really easy to just get started.
By being an in-browser IDE, it allows for flexibility and quick starts, which is less friction to actually go through the course.
