Seed Talks Reviews

My first seed talk but definitely not my last : The History of Witchcraft & Women: Magic, rituals and the patriarchy was informative and enjoyable.

Excellent insightful and great to see so many under one roof who believe in the body and the need for trauma care and actually yes our professionals to believe in this and be allowed to feel also. Please keep drumming the heart of the soul

Fascinating evening, led by a true expert, which will lead me to explore more about the topic.

I've been to several seed talks now of varying topics, from kink to folklore horror to Studio Ghibli.
All have been brilliant, great speakers and loved the events.

A great evening.
Lots of thought-food and I left feeling very full and happy.
The speaker was sooooo clever, thoughtful and responsive. Such a great evening, can't wait for the next one...some of the best nights out.

Really informative and entertaining talk by someone knowledgable and passionate about the subject. Well organised event in a nice venue whicj had plenty of aircon, and staff were friendly too.

First one I've attended and I found it highly informative and enjoyable. Felt very new and cutting edge theory.

This lecture was amazing. Professor Purkiss was engaging, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’ll definitely be returning for future topics!

A great evening - a fascinating subject, and a totally engaging and knowledgeable speaker. I left with my head pleasantly full!

Duncan Cross is a very accomplished speaker, well versed in the research and clearly brings a balance with applying Reiki practice. He gave an insightful talk on the current state of the topic The psychology of Reiki. He was very clear about its current status and handled the multitude of questions with great aplomb. I really enjoyed this talk and would recommend it. I would like to see more from Duncan.

I haven’t had the pleasure of attending any seed talks in person yet. I have however attended multiple events online. I have many varied interests and always enjoy learning something new, and I can usually find a talk on one of my many obsessions available with seed talks. It is also very convenient to have the recordings so I don’t have to miss out on events i’m unable to catch live. I would, and have recommended seed talks to anyone and everyone.

Really insightful talk. Thanks for a great evening

This talk by Rachel Newsome was highly engaging and thought provoking conversation. Highly recommended for those interested in psychology and spirituality.

Great talk; really informative, plenty of time for questions at the end. A nice, balanced, apolitical overview of Carl Jung.

In depth fascinating lecture, learned so much, I've been rewatching the Ghibli films seeing them in a whole new light

History of folk horror.
Seed talks are great. The Glassbox is a good venue too.

It was a remarkable lecture on a rather esoteric topic. I was amazed at the depth and breadth of the speaker's knowledge. The British Isles have a rich history and folklore which are often times overshadowed by their glorious political history.

Very knowledgeable speakers delivering accurately to their various title headings. I took focussed notes and am starting to implement some useful personal action points.

Amazing speaker!
