I have not receive my purchase yet, nor have I been update on its delivery status, which is strange because normally they are rather good about those.

Disappointing
Item shipped in a timely manner. But when receiving the item it was extremely disappointing. Color was nowhere close to accurate, the pants turned out to be more like leggings than pants. Material felt very thin and cheap. Unable to return and get a refund because the item was on Sale. Not worth it.

Oltre al fatto che ho dovuto pagare 30…
Oltre al fatto che ho dovuto pagare 30 euro di spese doganali, ma vabbè vi può "stare" i prodotti spediti sono fatti e spediti dalla Turchia e non dall'america! I vestiti si presenta fatti bene ma non perfetti per il loro prezzo, e le taglie non corrispondono stesso numero alcuni pantaloni molto stretti, altri molto larghi visto che so fatti con materiali diversi un minimo di diversità ci può stare ma così è troppo. Inoltre il materiale non è il massimo e alcune cuciture non sono precise!

Second time ordering (pants) with them…
Second time ordering (pants) with them and once again the item received is too small. Friendly information to customers; their sizing chart is completely off and it is safe for me to assume all their pants run extremely small being that this is my second order with a different style of pants from them. I went up 4 waist sizes this time and the clothing is still small. Customer service/response is great but at this point, spending money on shipping to return items all adds up in the end and is an expensive on my end as a customer (not worth it).

Sernes doesn’t sell their own products
Sernes doesn’t sell their own products. They source their products from other brands in turkey like x-way, or score m!cha!l, attaches the Sernes tag and resells them.
Which is fine because the price is pretty reasonable.
But the only issue here is there isn’t a USABLE size guide. I ordered two pairs of US size 34 pants and they came as completely different sizes.
I cannot order clothing from Sernes if the fit is a surprise every time.
