We visited Barnyarns Sew Centre to purchase a Bernina Overlocker (I had previously decided which model I wanted).
There was no rush time was not a problem, we were given a very indepth demonstration of all the features and stitches the machine was designed for.
Fabulous staff and service every time.
Highly recommend

Order came on time and exactly what I wanted. And much cheaper than other online sites.

Spoke to a lovely man yesterday about some missing bobbins, sorted my issue in a few mins. Would highly recommend!!

Nice item at reduced price

I wanted to upgrade my sewing/embroidery machine and phoned Barnyarns in response to an advertised offer. Over the past few years I have happily used them for threads and other haberdashery so I was familiar with their help on the telephone.
I found the advice and help on the phone re my current needs extremely comprehensive, plus the trade in on my old machine was totally fair.
The difficulty of living so far away was dealt with by the excellent collection and delivery service, this removes my anxiety about future servicing. The whole operation went without a single hitch.
My one complaint was the lack of a full User's Guide with my new Icon2 and this was dealt with immediately and efficiently by Hannah, who has also arranged subsequent Face Time help with problems not covered.
I cannot praise the Sew Centre and Barnyarns enough, excellent customer service always.
I am an experienced needlework teacher of many years but modern technology requires a different set of skills and I find it reassuring to know help is just at the end of a telephone.

I was looking to buy a new sewing machine. I called Sew Centre by Barnyarns. Callum answered my call. i explained the level of my sewing. He explained that he wanted to get the best sewing machine for me. We discussed what was available for my budget, then we talked of the availability of machines would be within my budget. Callum sent me information on the type of Information on the machines, i was looking at. He asked me to call back when i was ready, but no pressure. So i had a machine in mind we discussed the capability of the machine, and i picked a sewing machine. Callum offered me a deal i could not refuse. Callam went above and beyond to give me an excellent deal and service. I arranged the delivery with Hanna, she went above and beyond too. The staff are very confident in the sewing machines and accessory they sell. I would recommend Sew Centre Barnyarns every time. Always check them out first

Fantastic company all round, extremely helpful and knowledgeable repair centre who went above and beyond to help my daughter with her sewing machine, and the shop is incredibly well stocked and again advice was top notch and sorted everything quickly and efficiently, Highly Recommended!

From first contact when I was still deciding what I wanted, Callum and Hanna could not have been more helpful. I couldn’t get to the showroom, so they arranged delivery and are going to pick up my part exchange machine too. They are so friendly I know I will be able to contact them with any queries in the future.

All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me work out which model of sewing machine to purchase. There was no pressure to buy, just honest feedback. Everyone spent a lot of time helping me make the right decision. Great to see people who actually enjoy their jobs!!

Fantastic service. The machine I ordered wasn't available immediately, I had a call and was offered the same machine (just in a different colourway) and still with the original bundle offer.
An issue with the delivery, this was the delivery company - the arrival of the extension table but no machine was dealt with quickly and arrived the following day with a follow up email to check that everything was good. I am very impressed indeed.

The service was excellent. Quick and efficient. Can highly recommend the company. Sited on a business park so easy to get to by car with plenty of parking spaces. Thank you Will for fixing the sewing machine and encouraging me to use the machine and explore its full potential.
