Thought I'd already written a review - but p'raps suffered a 'senior moment'! Anyhow... this is my second machine purchase from Sew Centre @ Barnyarns and, as per previous shopping experiences everything went smoothly. I knew which machine I required, placed my order and made payment without a hitch. Few moments later received a call from Callum to advise that there would be a slight delay in delivery as the last stock machine had sold slightly a short while earlier that day; no problem as would only be ten days or so delay. However a week later Hannah called to say that they'd received my machine; delivery was arranged for the next day and once again everything went smoothly with it arriving exactly on time via DPD. Still getting used to my new machine but will write a review regarding this in a couple of weeks once I've tried everything it can do - initial trials are positive. Whether you shop online or visit in person - I've done both and can highly recommend SewCentre@Barnyarns. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Thankyou so much for trying to find me an invisible zipper foot for my ancient Pfaff 296. Despite trying, this was not possible but several really helpful suggestions were made to sort a compatible foot which I shall follow-up. Thanks Hannah and team. I bought an extension table for my sewing machine. There was a delay but I was kept informed by one of the team. My only criticism was the quality of packaging. The extension table is great and was undamaged but the box it was delivered in (via DPD) was falling apart.

Staff were so knowledgeable and helped me choose the right machine. The transaction took minutes and I had my machine 2 days later which was followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I was getting on with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company. Good customer service.

A year ago I purchased a Bernina machine and the customer service and support then was top class. Today I collected my machine after its first service at 1 year. Will was brilliant the service was excellent and the advice given really helpful. Would definitely recommend and my machine will be going back for next years service 😊 Top Class

I purchased an expensive sewing machine and I was kept in the loop at every stage. Very nice sales people and when I phoned about delivery it was answered immediately and dealt with straight away. Can’t wait to use my machine and I know I will have great aftercare.

Excellent service all round. Contacted them by phone to ask their advice as to which model to buy, placed an order online and had a call the same evening to apologise that there would be a wait for delivery as the last one had just been sold. Went over a couple of weeks late to pick it up in person as I was in the area. Can't fault their customer service and all round loveliness. Would highly recommend.

Will fully explained the problem & corrected within 3 hours. I found all who I came into contact with both in the repair shop & the accessory shop exceptionally helpful & I would recommend them to others.

I purchased a Pfaff quilt expression 720 at the stitch festival. Everyone was really helpful and allowed me time to mess about with the machine. Delivery was very quick for the machine. Still waiting for the extension table but these were out of stock. I received calls confirming delivery date and confirming the out of stock items.
Everyone has been really helpful and I’m just enjoying playing about with my new machine. Thanks everyone.

It was so easy to talk to Mitch the sales man. He got the measure of the right machine for me now and part exchanging my old Pfaff was simple. Everything was arranged with regard to DPD collecting and delivering the machines. I will not hesitate to have my machine serviced at the Sew Centre. Hannah who was dealing with the sale was very pleasant too.

Buying my new sewing machine was an easy task, thanks to the efforts of Sew Centre. My first contact was with Callum, who gave me a very generous discount on my purchase. Communication was later handed over to Hannah, who organised an efficient 24 hour delivery for my machine,m which arrived well packaged. Only snag was that the handbook was in Swedish!! I contacted Hannah again, who arranged for an English version to be delivered within a few days. I could not have wished for a better post- sales service. I am absolutely delighted with my machine, and the staff I contacted during, and after the sale. I am fully confident that if I need their help in the future they will more than rise to the challenge. I am a very happy customer

Excellent service and communication! Nothing too much trouble and felt really looked after through the whole process of buying my new machine.
I wasn’t sure which machine to buy and Callum gave me some really great advice - I never once felt ‘sold’ to.
