Sew Centre Reviews 

I never usually write reviews but felt I needed to this time. I have just purchased a new machine and it was quite a big investment. The service I recieved from this company was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sew Centre just get it right! I reached out to them and Ben Hardcastle came back to me straight away and took time and effort to find out what I needed, then provided me with all the information in written format! When I made a purchase Chris Cleghorn took over my care and was always available throughout the whole process. My overall experience was that they really have a passion for getting it right and making sure the customer is happy. I certainly feel it was a very positive experience!

Both Ben and Will were very helpful in trying to diagnose a problem with my Bernina over the phone. Had to send the machine back to the Sew Centre where Will found the problem and gave the machine a good check before returning it. Same problem occured which we found was due to using variegated thread. As soon as solid colour thread was used on the machine it worked perfectly. This problem was using a long arm quilter.

Kept me informed throughout, friendly and reliable. Willing to go the extra mile and when there was a minor issue (not with the work) they dealt with is straight away, no hesitation. Will definitely recommend and continue to use.

My new machine arrived quickly (although the courier was a day later than planned). I had a couple of issues getting set up but the support team were really helpful and a quick video call sorted everything out for me. Super impressed!

The guys at Sew Centre are really helpful, polite and friendly. I got a very good deal on an expensive sewing machine, which was delivered the day after ordered it. Unfortunately although I appreciated it was a great deal, the machine was just not suitable for me, and I wanted to return it unused. This was a little problematic at first, but in the end, all was resolved, with no hard feelings on either side - I hope. I would buy from Sew Centre again.

I bought my Bernina 990 from Sew Centre, the communication, information and general care was outstanding. There was a small hiccup in delivery of part of my order and I messaged them, First they apologised without trying to shift blame and then resolved it with the correct part arriving in less than 24hrs. It’s easy to give good service when everything goes to plan, but they excelled at it when there was a hiccup. This is my new go-to shop for all things sewing A+++
