Sewing Machine Sales Reviews

I purchased a Jaguar machine which was delivered promptly. Initially I was happy but after I had a few issues with the way it was nesting and bending needles it became
clear it would be no use for what I needed.

After I spoke to customer service manager a couple of times the issue was resolved with the machine being picked up complete with all freebies, after inspection I received a full refund.

I am very happy with sewing machine sales company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Also I would highly recommend them.

I found that I was looking for easily. The price is competitive. Item was dispatched really quickly. Just waiting for delivery. Very good customer experience.

well..... i have never experienced such a weird/bizarre payment method !!! Unbelievable! Initial Order process was fine but after sales admin is seriously flawed !

Excellant website, very easy to use. encourages one to look at other items for sale. Good selection of high quality products at reasonable prices.

Clear, easy and quick to order. Found just what I needed. Thanks

Great customer service! I recently had a question about my purchase, and it was answered quickly and clearly. The checkout process was easy to follow, and I’m looking forward to receiving my new machine soon!

Quick reply after enquiry , vreat selection, good prices checkout was quick and easy

The website is easy to use and the product I ordered was competitively priced and was the cheapest around.

Having had some bad experiences with other companies claiming their extension tables were "universal fit" and that being very far from the case, I made a point of checking via email that this one would fit my machine; this query was very quickly dealt with - on a Sunday! - and I subsequently placed my order, which was an extremely easy process, even though I am far from competent with technology - more to do with my age than anything else! I just have to wait for my extension table to arrive now.

My sewing machine was ordered one day and received the next. I was kept informed of the parcel's progress throughout and delivered on time. Unfortunately the machine wasn't for me, so I got in touch by email and was dealt with professionally and quickly. I would certainly recommend Sewing Machine Sales.

I have an old Singer sewing machine that I needed a foot pedal for, so I send an email enquiring about it. I received a very quick response from Stephen, letting me know it was in stock and sending me a link to their site. I ordered it and received it 3 days later. It was an exceptionally good service. Very quick, friendly and efficient. I was especially glad to be able to get the pedal because the machine belonged to my late mother and was over 30 years old and I thought it was going to be useless without it. Many thanks!

I'm very pleased with the service I've received. I ordered late afternoon on Tuesday and received my machine early Thursday afternoon. Sewing Machine Sales kept me notified throughout the process and bonus points for using DPD, who I find to be the most reliable delivery service in my area. The website is easy to navigate and the extra free gifts were a nice bonus. Based on my experience so far, I feel confident that if there are any problems down the line with the machine that their customer service will be good.

Excellent service

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Easy to order, great price and fast delivery.

Lätt att hitta. Bra pris. Dock svårt med betalningen.

I was able to find the sewing machine I wanted at a lower price than anywhere else. The checkout was very easy. I had to ring the sales department to doublecheck that the machine was going to the correct delivery address as it was a different to my billing address. It was really reassuring to be able to talk to a person immediately after only waiting a few seconds on the phone. A very good experience

Ordered online on Saturday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday. Excellent service with good email communication. Really pleased with my Janome 9300DX overlocker.
