Sewing Machine Sales Reviews

Site was easy to navigate

I had my overlocker serviced and was told the foot was weakend by damage. I had bought the Janome ezy lock from a friend for £20. So I tried to find a new foot etc. This company were marvellous and sold the 2 pieces I was seeking. Reasonably priced and the speed at which they were processed, posted and received was amazing, truly outstanding. Thank you.

I have been over charged by other uk companies but this one was much fairer! They couldnt have been more helpful or friendly. Amazing service, nothing has been too much trouble. Will be back!

Very happy with the purchase. Great service and good price . Thanks.

Great service and a fantastic turnaround time of getting the machine repaired. Kept informed of progress at all times, would highly recommend.

I did visit the shop, and the technician recommended a certain brand for what I was looking for, as there are so many new machines to choose from I wanted to get the right one for what I needed. I also watched a tutorial on two brands and shop technician had got it right! the "Babylock was a far superior machine, so I ordered this one from the online shop which was fairly easy to do so looking forward to delivery :)

Received my order few days ago most of the organ needles were correct. Didn’t receive Universal 80/12 needles and received Jersey 70-100 needles instead of Organ Jersey 80/12 which I ordered & received reply Jersey 80/12 needles & universal 80/12 needles are out of stock. I emailed & explained Organ needles only work on my machine. Today I received two Organ Universal 90/14 needles. I emailed them 5 days ago and didn’t receive any emails in my inbox and junk box so I emailed them again. Got reply and I then realised there were replies on their website (which didn’t deliver in my inbox and junk box). The two 90/14 needles were complimentary needles (which I didn’t realise initially when received).
The After Sales team were helpful and offered partial refund for the out of stock needles.

I made the decision to replace my sewing machine (I've had it for 27 years, although it is still going strong) and I fancied the Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine in Black. Sewing Machine Sales came out as the best price

The team at sewingmachinesales helped guide me through their machines to find the perfect one. Thankyou.
