Wonderful customer service! Reliable and convenient shipping service, I’ll definitely use again.

I cannot recommend this service. The delivery experience was significantly underwhelming, and despite having paid for the insurance add-on, my claim for damaged or lost items has not been acknowledged or processed. Multiple follow-up emails received no response.

To illustrate the issue, I was told:
“claims are taking 3–6 weeks on average, however, there is no limit to how long this might take as each individual case is different.”

This statement is contradictory and suggests there is effectively no defined process for claims at all. Based on my experience, the advertised insurance does not appear to be honoured, and there is a clear lack of accountability and transparency in how claims are handled. Potential customers should be aware of these issues before relying on the service or its insurance offering.

Damaged boxes and goods, and only 8/10 boxes delivered. The delay to get even those 8 was painstaking, and on arrival the boxes were absolutely destroyed. If a company cannot deliver boxes in decent condition then they should not be a public service. We paid every exorbitant penny and this is the service we received?! Absolutely unprofessional. Not worth the money. Find a company who can do their job, or at least take responsibility for their screw up. The audacity to say they provide 4.5/5 star quality services; own up to that statement.

My boxes arrived on time. Marie kept me informed and was very helpful and friendly. I have used Sherpr three times now (for relocation abroad) and would happily use them again.

Really great communication throughout my relocation from Germany - UK. Was a bit stressed in transit when I suddenly needed to do customs forms and answer questions but ended up being hassle-free with their help and didn't have to pay any imports charges.

I needed to send a set of golf clubs from Surrey to St Andrews and they had to arrive on time . Sherpr delivered in every respect . Easy to use App / website , sensible pricing , pick up when promised , delivery within 24 hrs . Would not hesitate to recommend

Have used Sherpr twice for international shipments. Sherpr did an amazing job at competitive pricing. Was very helpful including when I needed to make an unexpected mid shipment change (as in the boxes were in customs in France). Would highly recommend them.

Have used other companies and was badly burned (rugs lost and then eventually found in Poland when should have gone to UK). Sherpr, on the other hand, was always on top of the shipment. Trust them.

Great sales teams and great experience until you pay, their services come at a premium price compare to the competition and you realize that they are just FEDEX middle man. We had 10 boxes and they lost 1, the frustrating part is that they didn't even tried to help find the box. They send you the paperwork to claim the lost box and that's it. I had to spend 10 days working directly with FEDEX to locate my missing box and have delivered.
Overall terrible experience for that price point.

Great customer support, everything was handled quickly with clear communication. Sherpr's process makes it easy to handle customs and all the paperwork needed for a relocation (in this case, from EU to USA). Thanks to Joana for the great work.

The process is quite easy and I get a lot of support from Sherpr. Only downside is FedEx don't provide an exact timeslot when they come so I have to wait the whole day at home.
