I ordered the ultramarine shirt. What I got was sticky, like they didn't seal the image since they used a decal. Within 3 washes, following washing instructions, it was peeling. When I emailed them about the issue, they refused any response. As a disabled veteran and student, I am on a fixed income, so a splurge like this is rare and its frustrating to get a poor product with a poor response.

Bought shirt that was supposed to be orange. However they have a little tag line on the page that says colors may vary by size. Instead of contacting me to ensure the color was what I wanted they shipped it out and are refusing to refund the sale or ship out the correct color.

One more update: After only a few washes, the print one of shirts is already peeling/flaking off. This officially takes this from 2 stars to 1.

Update: the shirts showed up, so I added one star, but as others said, the quality is questionable. The print on the actual shirts is literally half the size of what is advertised, and the print quality is inconsistent throughout the print.

They need to change their shipping provider. I placed an order 2 months ago and while it shipped relatively quickly, it never go delivered. Allegedly, it made it to the transfer between UPS Mail Innovations and USPS and it just stopped there. No delivery, no update in a month. I contacted USPS, they claim they never recieved it. I contacted UPS and since its a "mail innovations" shipment, it's not day specific delivery and representatives cannot open a tracking case for it. Basically, it's lost and nobody will do a thing.

Eventually, shirtpunch reshipped the order, and how did they ship it? The same damn way and surprise, while it's only been a few days, it's stuck in the same status as the first package. USPS is telling me the exact same thing they did for the first shipment. I'm giving it a few more days and then I contacting my bank, before that window shuts and I'm out $70.

If/when the package shows up, I will amend my review.

This website has fallen off

I've been buying shirts here for years but I can't turn a blind eye anymore. The quality dropped drastically, I have 10yo shirts that still look pristine and 2yo that barely have any print left.

Prices have gone up a lot and they did away with the free shipping beyond a certain amount.

I recently ordered tank tops and they arrived a completely different color than what was advertised.

Customer support was completely useless with my issue pointing a small line in the product details saying color may vary with size. I ordered a large, not exactly an uncommon size, the website should tell you anyway if the size and color wont match when selected. I complained further but was basically told I'd have to ship the stuff back myself if I wanted a refund. At this point I don't trust them to say they didn't received it if I don't pay a premium for tracked shipping.

The website categories are also super confusing and the things found within often don't match your query.

It just feels like it wasn't maintained to a good standard and I simply wont buy from there anymore.

They take a month to ship, their website says 7-10 business days and the confirmation e-mail you'll get says 10-15 business days. So there is bull from the get go. Then they will gaslight you into thinking it's your fault that your address wasn't current. My family wasn't planning on moving when I bought these shirts and had to after they had finally shipped. They aren't the slightest bit helpful with their customer service, so don't bother. There are better sites.

It used to be good, or at least not terrible. Unfortunately you cannot rely on the shipping and processing times they list on the website anymore. I placed an order on December 15 and the website said it would take up to 10 business days to process and then it would ship. Two weeks and one refund requested later, I was told it was too far along in the process to cancel and I would receive tracking information by January 12 and that the processing time is actually 15 days, not 10 as the website stated. Then today, January 7, I received the same copy and pasted email informing me it would now be on January 17, over a month after the order was placed, before I could expect tracking information. I have had entire custom ordered dresses arrive to me faster than this from overseas. I ordered several times in the past without issue but this is utterly ridiculous. I don't recommend ordering at all unless you apparently order 3 months in advance of when you would actually like your shirt.

The designs on the shirt are great. The problem is the color of the shirt itself. I ordered a pink shirt with a Card Captor Sakura design on it, and the shirt I received is not the same shade of pink shown in the picture on the website at all. The pink in the website’s picture is a nice soft pink that works well with the design. The shirt I received is a dark hot pink that unfortunately washes out a lot of the gold accents in the design and make it hard to see at all. It’s such a shame because the design is really wonderful but is ruined by the shirt color. The pictures are incredibly misleading about the actual shade you’ll end up with in real life.

I have purchased about ten shirts from them and my complaint is that all of the images on the shirts began to fade or crumble off the shirt, sometimes within 3 or 4 washes. The have the best designs but I had to delete them from my favorites because I was tempted by the cool designs but I know their print quality is sadly lacking. I will never buy another shirt from them again and I suggest you stay away from them if you want shirts that last more than a few washes.

During the time I've subscribed to Shirtpunch's newsletter, I've ordered 3 shirts. The shirts themselves are comfortable and fit well, even for a large-bodied person like myself. No complaints there. However, the print quality leaves to be desired. The first two shirts, ordered back in 2013 and 2014, were rather off-colour compared to the preview images featured on the website, with grey parts looking like blue, and red parts looking like pink. Ever since then, I've been reluctant to order any other shirts of them. The company had relaunched in 2017, which gave me incentive to give them another try. And indeed; my most recent shirt (from 2019) had much better coloration, however, it suffers a much worse problem; in just under 3 years since having ordered it, the print has largely faded/crumbled away, which I feel is much too quick for a print to be damaged to this extent. I should add that I do rotate my shirts on the regular, and as such, this shirt has been worn fairly often, but not exceedingly so -- I tend to wear it about one or two days in a span of two weeks, more or less. With that in mind, I honestly cannot recommend this.

I believe there is a misconception here, but at the very least from my understanding these sites work on a bulk order to print basis. As in they round up the total amount of orders and then production begins sometime afterwards.

In other words,... you will NOT get your shirt the week of, the next week and in some cases not even until next month. You are preordering something that hasn't even been produced yet and won't until they accumulate a specific number of orders. This is also why they are able to sell it at a low price.

It isn't like like H&M or Amazon where they have the stuff lying around, ready to go.

As far as the shirts I received, they were both good quality and continue to hold up. One was even glow in the dark and works out pretty well.

The reason why I knock it down a star is that admittedly this website DOES take longer than theyetee and similar websites. Where as the former will take an average of 2-3 weeks, I have had to wait almost two months for my order to be received.

It is what it is, but just be aware of what you are ordering, or in this case pre-ordering.

Would give them 0 stars for their customer service. Great shirts but customer service is unresponsive and their answers are rude and pretentious. It should not take weeks to process an order and send it and then when you ask for an update you get no answers. I did eventually get my order but will not use them ever again after the answers I did eventually receive from CS.

I placed an order almost six weeks ago and it still says "order processing" on their website. You better believe they took my money the second I ordered it, but have yet to deliver. Awesome designs but unfortunately I will NEVER use them again. (You can only blame the holidays and COVID for so long)

I have been a customer of ShirtPunch for years, atleast since 2013. I have purchased their items dozens and dozens of times. ShirtPunch shirts always get a chuckle or a "where did you get that?"Yes, I had a couple shirts with an issue, but the customer service team was on top of things and had me fixed up quickly. I'll keep being a customer for the great products and good service.

Never got my order and its been almost 2 months! Starting to wonder if this is a real company. Calling credit card company to get charges reverted back.

Prints easily wears off. Very poor quality

Not very satisfied ordered a product...never once got a confirmation for it or anything but they took the money from my account and when I asked were my order was they said they never recieved it...poor management in my opinion cause u should never ever approve money out of someone's account without confirming order first..wont shop with this company again sad cause was one of my favorite shirt company's to order from it's a shame its went to crap since new owners.

The shirt took a month to arrive. When I opened the package there was a strong chemical smell. I washed the shirt in cold water one time, and the print is already coming off. I haven’t even worn it yet. So disappointed.

I ordered some mystery shirts back when the lockdown only just started in April it’s now almost June and the only response I can get from them is the COVID excuse. Don’t waste your time or money ordering.

This site use to be amazing but now they are the worst! Their sizing charts are wrong and they will never get back to your emails. I got an XL which I normally get and it’s usually a little bit to big because it will shrink in the wash but I deal with it. The shirt I just ordered feels like a crop top. Then with this same order I got a random shirt as well and it wasn’t even in the package but it was on the receipt. I’ve emailed everyday but no response. I have given up on bringing the size issue because now I just want my random shirt. I understand they are probably not at work because of the lockdown but do they not work from home? Form the other reviews here it seems like I’m not the only one with this issue so do NOT waste your money on this fraud website.

Ordered a shirt on March 12th, it's now April 13th; and my order still says processing. I emailed them, and while they got back to me, they used Covid19 as an excuse even though I ordered it before the lock down and stuff I've ordered directly from China has shipped faster. I will never order from them ever again
