After ordering from them twice, my biggest complaint with ShirtPunch is the shipping- both cost and time.
It takes a month or more to receive your order, which is just appaling, and a third of the cost when its all rang up is shipping payment.
The shirts Ive ordered are decent quality, but I'm already seeing their "exclusive" designs on other websites not even 3 months later.
I would have been better off printing the artwork myself and taking them to a tshirt shop to custom make.

I had previously bought from them a reasonable amount, but I noticed the t-shirts fell apart quite quickly. Over time this became worse and worse. Several t-shirts had holes in them within a week. Some arrived already damaged. I ordered for a birthday gift for my husband (who likes the geeky designs) and it didn't ship. I contacted them, apparently, there was a problem. They never contacted me, I had to contact them to ask what the heck was going on. They never apologised or offered any compensation.

Between support repeatedly ignoring me when raising issues and the shoddy quality, I'd steer clear. I don't expect much for the cost, but I do expect more than a week out of the t-shirts.

New company is just as bad as the old. I have been waiting a month for my shirts to ship, and only receive snarky rude responses from their customer service. Avoid this company at all cost.

The only reson I gave them 1 star was because I had to to get this far. Needless to say they I also never received my order that was placed in July of this year but not even a response from my inquiry made in September. Just sent them another today and googled for contact info and discovered that I am just one of a long list of unsatisfied customers. so I see on Facebook that they will be re-launching under new management.

They shut doors down, didn't notify anybody and don't refund...
I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MY PURCHASE IN MAY!!!

I purchased a shirt from them and the screen peeled off. The entire shirt peeled making it unwearable. I contacted their customer service team back in July with photos. They promised me they would send me a replacement shirt for free. I never got it and now they will not return any of my emails or comments on social media. There is no phone number either to contact them directly by phone. I am seeing that their company went under but if that is the cause then give me my money back! Who is starting a law suit? Sign me up!

Trash company. Been over 2 months and still have not received my item. They took my money and now there garbage website is down.

I placed an order in June and never received it... I was assured I would receive come august by customer service. It appears they went under or something and took our money with them. Someone should hold them accountable for taking all these people's money.

Waiting over 3 months for merch.
Was told by shirtpunch customer service that theirs issues with the printing process. Reassured over and over again. Even heard the same story from the poor employees in the nerdblock stores around our area.
Next thing you know. Site down. No more emails and stores just closed down.

I'm out of the money i spent without the product.
I have over 10 of these cards full of stamps that i'm supposed to be able to redeem for shirts but cant use it now.

Something needs to be done about this. Its not right to take peoples money and then shut down shop.

Shirt punch belly up? A lot of consumers out money. Need to start a class action suit against company to get our money back. Real crappy thing to do shirt punch, screwed over a lot of customers and vendors from what the media outlets are saying. CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT TIME!!!!!!

AVOID! everything was perfect, until my last shirt i ordered. OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. its not been shipped and the last time i contacted them they just gave me 10k "shirtpunch points". now i tried to go on the website and it says its coming back on the 2nd of august (its currently the 19th of august). The shirtpunch social media is dead, last post was on 27th of july. They have taken my money and not provided the shirt. SCAM!

Terrible customer service, no phone number to call you can email but you just get an automated message back. Ordered 30 days ago , they supposedly 10 - 15 days from purchase to ship. Now package has shipped 6 days ago but the tracking number is bogus supposed to be canada post, but they say it's not valid! Emailed for 3 Days no answer. The worst part is I move in 2 days and no one can locate this package so I can't reroute it with a fake tracking number and shirtpunch does not care to respond. In the past I get my packages from them within a day of the shipping email as I only live an Hr away. I have had this experience with them previously and them told me it was a one off problem and because it was Christmas blah blah blah. I decided to still order because they "made it up to me" with coupons and extra points enough for more shirts. But here we are again, Obviously this is how they do business on a regular basis.
Do not bother wasting your time or your money
on this company most of there good designs are from nemons any way and can be purchased from other shirt sites. Probably ones with customer service lines , and customer service.

Waited the 10-15 business days they told me...for one shirt by the way...nothing....30 days later...still nothing....nothing but automated reply to email...never never never waste your time or money on this company!!!! Nothing but a headache. And no customer service number??? Really...that says a lot about how much they really care about their customer relations. Think Geek will get all my business from now on.

I've done a lot of shopping online.. but this has been hands down the worst experience I have ever had.. originally I only wanted to order a skin for my PoGo Plus, but they are only $5 each so I decided to also get a shirt since for the price to ship it would have been the same price if I spend $5 bucks or $20 bucks(I checked) it said 8-12 business days for the PoGo skin but since I added the shirt it jumped up to 14-15 business days since the shirts are custom to order. Well needless to say that was a huge mistake.. 16 business days.. which is 22 days later(if you include the weekends) still no updates on my shipment, so I e-mailed them, and of course all I get back is a automated e-mail back saying, it will get there when it get there.. So 26 business days and 2 Emails later(34 days with weekends) I get my package, open it up.. and see a single T-shirt? I dig around in the package and find a slip of paper saying "Thanks for Pre-Odering a PoGo Plus Skin, it will be shipped following the release of Pokemon Go Plus" I've had my PoGo plus for 2 months now!! I didn't even want this shirt, I wanted my Skin!! and there's no phone number to call and the email service seems to be all automated.. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!

I ordered one t-shirt July 29th and it is now Sept 1st and I have received nothing. I wrote an email asking where my shirt is and they said it is on the way and it took longer because it was being sent to the printers. They gave me free 5 dollars in points but I will never order from them again. Horrible, long, service. We'll see when/if my shirt actually arrives.

I didn't receive the purchase for almost a full month, I emailed them after a couple of weeks and they said in a very dismissive email that 15 business days to not even ship was normal, despite their FAQ saying 9 business days. When I finally received the product the printing was off center and horrific quality flaky and uneven, bad colors, peeling right out of the package. This was my first and last experience with this company.

It's been 2 months and I have not received any of the 3 item bundle I paid for. They said a few days they were shipping 2 of the 3 items, but would not give a partial refund for the item missing (The thing I wanted the most). I requested a refund and no reply yet, I'm contesting it in Paypal.

I ordered the $10 true blood t-shirt & funko pop bundle- the Shirt is great and the Pops are PERFECT! THIS WAS A DEAL_ a $teal of a DEAL!! This is my first time ordering with shirtpunch and I will order again! NO ISSUES! fast shipping- Pops are MINTY FRESH (NOT packed well- but no dents) !!

I've been talking to Heather from shirt punch about the whereabouts of my shirt that was a gift for someone last month. Ordered it on Sept 10th. They shipped it on Sept 18th. It's now October 9th. They shipped it to the wrong address and now want me to wait even longer for the shirt to be returned to them and then send it back out to me... what is wrong with these people. I typed my address in there and they still used my old address. Even though the shirt should've been forwarded to my new address like everything else I get in my mail. Don't bother with them. Go to an actual store and buy a shirt. Lol.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. Shirtpunch shipped a recently ordered shirt to the wrong address.
I contacted customer service, up until now I had been a repeat customer. After dealing with "Ann" there will never be another order from them again. She blamed me, even after showing her the mistake her company made and told me I need to reorder and pay for the shirt. Shirtpunch, there are 5 stores with better customer service waiting to take your place. I choose all of them over you. Your customer service sucks!!!!!! Ann is a jerk and I won't be back.
