Same like most people ordered it before my birthday so I can wear it on my birthday and nothing it's been a month I've emailed them I've reached out three times and no response I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge it looks like it's back to Walmart to by there $5 anime Ts so worth it.

I used to love Shirtpunch. I hadn't ordered from them in a while and I saw I design I loved, so I went for it. Shirt arrived in a timely matter, all was well... except that the size said it was an XL, which I had ordered, but it fit more like a small. I contacted customer service, they responded in a few days, asked for pictures and measurements, which I provided. They sent me a size chart and said that it looked to be pretty close to their chart. This was an absolute lie, the pictures clearly show several inches difference in length and width. Ever since then, they've been ignoring my emails. No refund, no new shirt, nothing. Stay away!

I was told by a friend about this site. I ordered 4 shirts..They say 10-15 days...It's now been over a month and not 1 of my 3 emails has been answered...Stay faaar away!

I have been using shirtpunch for several years and have bought 60 or so shirts so far. Every time I have run into a problem with an order (very few times) they have responded within 24 hours of my email to fix the problem.

I have emailed them several times and no response. I checked my account and my order is still in progress after a month later. I opened a dispute with them. Lesson learned do research on a company and read reviews before ordering. I just want my money back or my 2 shirts I ordered. I will never, ever order from them again though. Calling my bank too and see if anything can be done. I knew some thing was up when they ship from Toronto but all prices are in USD.
Please do not order from this company. I cannot believe how many customers have been waiting for their orders!

Stay far away from this scam site. Contacting the BBB Monday and my local attorney following that for failure to fulfill an order or respond to emails requesting information.

Order progressing after 1.5 months!!!

Zero communication from their customer service to your complaints.

None of the other websites take this long just to hand the item to delivery services.
This hoax of a website has low rating for a reason.
Avoid them like cancer!

How the awesome have fallen. I ordered 2 shirts at beginning of the month, then 5 more because i liked the designs.
1. No response from customer care for asking what's taking so long to process order after a month.

2. Customer care facebook redirects you to customer care email that lacks replying.

3. Status still processing after a month, even Tripp was nice to send am "I'm sorry it's the holidays." Email apologizing for slow service/shipping.

4. Website still says 10-15 business days from order date.

All in all don't buy from them they have crazy awesome shirts but they aren't shipping anywhere near on time and i can't just order and forget such great things. I order things i want when i want them and expect the shipping dates to be accurate.

Their customer service is abysmal. They don't send out acknowledgments of your order and they don't notify you of when it ships. When I asked when my order will ship, they didn't reply to me. I guess I was a little lucky that I finally received my order but it took about four weeks. I really feel sorry for the people who have been waiting months.

I ordered two shirts on December 24th and as of today it's January 16th. I keep checking for shipping updates on the website but they say it's still processing. So it's still going to not be here maybe until next week which would put it over the 10-15 days and it would be 31 days next Friday. I'm canceling my payment and fudge Shirtpunch

I ordered some Halloween shirts, among some others at the end of September. They said it would take up to 14 days to process your shirts and ship them. I thought to myself that seems a bit excessive for some shirts but okay. Here we are almost 2 months later and still no word on when I will be receiving my $120.00 Order. It shouldn't take that long to print some art on a shirt and ship them out. After 4 Emails back and forth the last one said:

"I have to be honest I am not writing with good news. I have been trying to find the tracking number on your order but have been unsuccessful to this point. The rest of the shirts from this day shipped out last week so I can only assume one of yours was held back by quality control or due to a shortage of blank shirts. I have sent a note to our production manager about your shirt and hope to have a more concrete answer when I return to the office next week. "
This was 2 weeks ago. I have not received any of my shirts from my $120.00 order, and then they did not reply to my last email stating I was fed up with how they operate. At this point I would just be happy for my money back, and hope that no one ever orders from these people. Just bad business practices.

Yes, the shirts are awesome, but man, the shiping is plain awful! Ive been waiting 2 months now and havent recievend any customer support nor a single message from shirtpunch. Every single time I order from ebay, the Seller is constantly in touch with me, trying to offer me the best experience they can offer, something ShirtPunch lacks 100%. Wont be buying from them ever again.

I was checking my email one day and saw a neat design from ShirtPunch.. I knew my friend would love it, so I promptly ordered one. This lead to me deciding to check their competitor, Teefury as well. They had some cool designs, I ordered a couple shirts from them as well.. About 1.5 weeks later I got an email from Teefury informing me of my tracking number and the shirts arrived about 5 days later. Meanwhile at ShirtPunch, my order is still "processing"...

I really like the shirts I've bought, but seriously, the shipping times are absolutely ridiculous. And the tracking never updated from "processing complete at origin" so I had no idea if or when it might arrive. This needs to be sorted. I'd buy a lot more stuff from here If the shipping didn't suck.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Not exaggerating when I say this, it took over 3 months to get my order, and I live an hour away from their headquarters. When the order finally came, it was missing one item, and another item was incorrect. I regret ever giving this company my money. When I attempted to contact them, it took weeks and multiple emails before anybody responded. After all was said and done, the print of the t-shirts is rather poor quality. The graphics have lines in them, and were printed crooked.
Do not give these crooks your money! It is not worth the hassle! Shirtpunch sucks.

Love their shirts and service. Some orders have been late but have always gotten what I paid for. They even replaced a package that was stolen off my porch.

After nearly a month of waiting, it took a Paypal Dispute just to get a response & update. There's no one answering the emails anymore. I felt completely left in the dark, and half the summer's gone and it's nearing the end of the heat wave.

I can never trust using this service again. What a nightmare.

After management changed you WILL NOT GET YOUR SHIPPING INFO WITHIN 10-15 DAYS. You will maybe get a tracking number a month after you ordered your shirt and thats after emailing them several times to see why you still havent heard about a shirt you ordered 5 weeks ago. They always have an excuse as to why noone at the company is on the ball and sends the products/ shipping info out within the time posted on site and throughout emails. Honestly if i didn't continue emailing them i doubt i would have received any number/ shirts at all. 2 stars only because i love the shirts and have been buying stuff off the site for years, but everything else sucks way more now with the new owners. (Ordered june 10th and still received absolutely nothing other than an email back full of BS about how someone was on vacay and june was just soooo busy the shirts didnt ship out yet) if you know you cant ship shirts out in a reasonable time dont have it on your site!

Shirts do take a while to process, but they're all screen printed to order and take the same amount of time to print as other daily screen-print websites I use. Shirts are a great quality (mine glows in the dark too and works great) and I'll continue to order from them!

i ordered 2 shirts. waited for them to ship. waited for them to arrive. the arrival date passed. canada post even said that it was signed for and delivered............even though it never showed up.......checked my address and its 100% correct so i dont know what the hell is going on but if it doesnt arrive in the next week im calling this theft and opening an investigation.
