A TOTAL DISGRACE TO ONLINE SHOPPING
I am completely disgusted how this company really believes it can treat a customer, a person who wants to buy something from them, yet when it doesnt arrive they truely think they can dictate the outcome !
I placed an order and SHOEAHOLICS chose EVRI to deliver it. EVRI left it on the ground outside my house. Evri left a photo showing this.
At no point did I ask for my parcel to be left on the ground yet SHOEAHOLICS think this is quite acceptable.
I saved my money to buy this bag and I was so excited to recieve it .
So SHOEAHOLICS have completely dismissed me .
I spent almost 2 hours on live chat with one of their online agents and all I was told that an INVESTIGATION had to be carried out even though the photo was there to prove my parcel was left on the ground!
I recieved an email basically telling me they refused to refund me because it was "delivered".
I have sent TWO emails with no reply at all from SHOEAHOLICS .
So I have been left with no bag because SHOEAHOLICS have failed to deliver the bag I paid for to ME !!!
I am supposed to just accept this and walk away !
This company should hang their head in shame at the way they treat a customer when they fail to do what they are supposed to do!
I will not be dictated to and I wont stop until I recieve my money back !

The shoes I ordered were advertised as a size 12. When they were delivered I found them to be a size 11. It was annoying, however the return process was fine, I was refunded in a swift manner, I was refunded my original purchase price plus the delivery I paid for. So thanks for that Shoeaholics. Just a shame about the size.

Marked delivered, but item not received! (-1*)
I've been a long-standing customer (since 2012), however my recent experience with Shoeaholics has been extremely disappointing.
I ordered shoes costing £111.20 which were marked as delivered by Evri. I was at home at the time of delivery and no attempt was made to hand the parcel to me or obtain confirmation of receipt. Their delivery photograph shows the parcel left outside a blue door in a communal area, and I cannot confirm that this is my specific flat door.
I reported the issue immediately as a non-receipt dispute. Despite this, my claim was rejected and the case was closed solely on the basis of tracking showing “delivered," without what I consider to be a proper investigation into whether the goods were actually received.
I do not consider it reasonable for a non-receipt claim to be closed solely on the basis of tracking data, particularly where there is no confirmed handover or proof of receipt by the customer. I would expect a proper review of the delivery circumstances before a final decision was made.
As a result, I have been left out of pocket and do not consider this matter to have been fairly or properly resolved.

Shoeaholics customer service is TERRIBLE
Shoeaholics customer service is appalling. After my parcel was marked as delivered to my neighbour, despite this not being my nominated safe place, it was never there. My neighbour received a number of other items but not this. The response I received from Shoeaholics was just not acceptable and they are still claiming no responsibility for this. I have never come across another retailer which when there has been an issue with delivery or a parcel going missing to not sort a replacement. Instead they have suggested it’s my fault. Do not recommend!!!

Can’t take accountability for errors
Product was great. However I paid the extra for next day delivery (isn’t cheap) and did not receive it the day I was supposed to. When enquiring about this and to get a refund on the extra delivery paid they took no accountability for this and made it seem that I was wrong. They told me that it was never supposed to be delivered on the day I thought although I had prove it said so. No refund was given and disgusting that a business can’t admit when there in the wrong.

What can I say? I say to get good product at a cheap price. Very good. Website only downfall is once something is out of stock. It shouldn't appear on the website. You only know when you're about to check out.

De vergüenza es poco esta empresa manda zapatos usados por otras personas de una marca bastante cara kurt Geiger y ha sabiendas de que hay almacenes que sacan los productos de Reino Unido. Sé deshacen de productos usados o con defectos cubriéndose después de que lo recogen desde el almacén o un 20% que no llegaría ni a 20 euros por unas botas arañadas y con las tapas reventadas y la suela arañada . Tengo vídeo abriendo las botas justo con el mensajero aún allí . Opciones que sabes que no vas a aceptar porque ya te has gastado un dinero en el envío y otro en aduanas . Y lo peor que al poner a la marca tienda oficial en atecendetes. ¿Adivinen? Están detrás es consciente y apoya la misma decisión es una tapadera para vender sus propios productos en malas condiciones. Están denunciados por lo penal con vídeo con usarlos con la misma experiencia y si PayPal no soluciona esto mi banco devolverá todo los pagos .

Opción quitarte un 20% del producto ósea ni 20 euros por unas botas de kurt Geiger usadas por otra persona, o la devolución desde Reino Unido a mi costa ósea que pagaría en total 45 en venir aquí 44 aduanas para que vengan y ahora pago para devolverlas me gasto 70 para que me devuelvan 98 euros !! De vergüenza esa es la estafa que ya veis las reseñas que cuando les devuelven los zapatos no devuelven el dinero. No entregan y dicen que sí y envían zapatos usadas a todo el mundo no es solo mi reseña tened cuidado y no pidáis y desde España con almacenes menos!! Y la marca kurt Geiger está detrás y saben de todo esto porque les pertene!! Y apoyan estas estafas !!
