Not great. Twice I received faulty items
I ordered 6 items the 1st time, they got delivered on the 24th Jun, 2 were faulty. Both KG items. The trainers had gems missing and the boots had scuffs. I sent them back on the 25th. Waiting on a refund (I know it will be 14+). I then placed a 2nd order on the 26th Jun. This time both items were faulty. Gems missing from KG sunglasses and scuffs on the Carvela boots. Those I returned today 30th Jun. Waiting on a refund (I know it will be 14+). After contacting customer services again as I had issues with my order one more time I got offered a 20% discount as a gesture of goodwill. That's terrible. Having issues with defected items and getting offered 20% off which you can get online with a coupon!
Nice to see how they value customers, considering they knew I was willing to try one more time with a new order but was expecting a bit more courtesy .

Didn’t receive parcel
Didn’t receive parcel. They didn’t attempt to knock, just apparently left it next to my bin.
I couldn’t prove it wasn’t there when I got home so they refused to help. Said they had done their job. When I questioned this they told me I needed cctv evidence to prove I hadn’t received the parcel and said they were closing the ticket.
Never know anything like it. I’ve paid £100 for a bag I never received and will ensure that everybody I know, never orders from this company

Sandals were too smallI NIGHTMARE refund policy
Sandals were too small. Return approved 29th May…..did not receive and had to chase with customer services to be told it’s on its way and i’ve still not received it. I Received confirmation email saying they had received my return and would receive payment in 10 working days. Now i’m told this is NOT proof they have received my return……absolutely outrageous. Email confirmation so i threw away receipt as it has been confirmed they had received……

No Parcelaholics
If there was a zero that would have been the choice. My parcel was left on the doorstep and then taken by someone. Shoeaholics deem that as delivered even know it was never physically signed for, parcel was meant to arrive between 2-4pm and did not arrive until 4:30pm and by that time there was no one in to sign for it so they left it on a doorstep which the general public have full access to. Do not use this company, customer service is extremely untrained and there is no contact number for you to speak to a person. Completely unprofessional company, spend your money elsewhere where.

I was very pleased with the simplicity of ordering and the speed of delivery. However, when the gift was opened the scarf that was sold with the bag wasn't in the package and I've not been able to contact anyone about this. I do feel miss sold but the bag is lovely.

⚠️Item never received and customer service appalling ! Burden of proof mine asking for ring doorbell proof no one came to the house when. It is motion activated ! How can I send what doesn’t exist as they never came to property ! when fed ex lied multiple times and changed the story on delivery details to left outside to then posted through letterbox ( an item that absolutely did not fit in letterbox) no proof of delivery also . Fed ex and shoeaholics refused to take responsibility! A high ticket item stolen ! AVOID !!
