I've been ordering from them for a couple of months now and they always deliver relatively fast.
They are really nice and reply very fast to any questions you might have(faster than a lot of bigger brands here)
Also they offer great quality, very unique jewelry!

Absolutely love all things dixi, not only are their products beautiful and unique but they genuinely make you feel like part of a family too! Their new grimmwolf boxes this year have been absolutely incredible, the way they support and share other small businesses, package all their items with love (and tend to add extra free goodies) and even create playlists...it's all a lovely experience that you just want to be a part of!

Never had a bad experience with Dixi.
Their jewellery is stunning and, though it's a little pricey, it's worth every penny.

My first order was amazing (Anthousai's Dream Wildlife Boho Ring). A great quality, solid ring with a beautiful design but their more recent releases have been lacking in every way, when I got my newest ring (Winter's Moon Sterling Silver Ring) I was expecting the same quality - since they're similar prices. The design is pretty but only covers half of the band and the inside is kind of hollow, not like the other ring at all, it makes it uncomfortable and even though it's the right size, it leaves red bands around my finger. I would expect to pay half of what I did, for what I got.
I find that overall their old rings are reasonably priced but their earrings and any of their new products, just aren't worth it.

Order arrived in five days (even with this covid situation), I could always track the order, the package was absolutely gorgeous and had even two illustration as postcard that I really appreciate, the ring was absolutely stunning, perfect size, perfect material, I would totally recommend it! Really great job!!

An incredible little shop with so many beautiful pieces of jewellery and little finds for the home. As well as an amazingly interactive Instagram page, helping out other small businesses and giving shoutouts to their customers! It really is like we are one big family, the dixi pack! If they were to manifest into a physical shop they would be one of those hidden gems that you would not be able to walk past without a peak inside! They genuinely care about their customers, one of the reasons I buy from them so often! Thank you Dixi from supplying such beautiful little gems!

I ordered the things on Sunday and they arrived on the following Friday which was really quick, considering I don't live in the UK. This week I bought a couple of pieces from shop DIXI and they didn't disappoint. I bought two necklaces and they are absolutely beautiful pieces. Their jewellery is very unique and authentic. I was impressed with how quickly they got to me as well I ordered on the Wednesday and received them the next day. They are a small business, with a big heart. I would recommend them especially as I believe in supporting our small businesses, especially one that sells beautiful and unique pieces like Shop DIXI.

Besides fantastic prices, the shipping was quick, items arrived packaged beautifully and, bonus, on my anniversary!

I have followed their Instagram account for some time and decided to order from them recently after debating whether to for ages. Each time I have found that they have delivered the orders quickly within days of ordering. They have even given the orders with extra goodies to sample which have always been delightful! I even tried their Dixi monthly autumna box after reading how good the grimmwolf box was and found that it was even better than hype about it 🤩 🐺 It was full of perfect feel good about yourself goodies and treats made perfect for autumn. They have even been quick to respond to any questions and are a company that is thoughtful when it comes to their customers in a world where so many are driven by profit after recently giving a refund to all their customers after finding that one of the items in their autumna box was damaged even though it made them out of profit. They are truly a wonderful company that make unique pieces that are perfect for any occasion.

Amazing brand! Shop Dixi is my favourite place to buy jewellery. All their products are amazing quality and beautiful designs. Everything they sell is so unique, beautifully done and so different compared to other companies. I also love their seasonal autumn range. The customer service is amazing and I can’t fault it at all. They are so involved with their customers, asking and listening to any feedback and also ideas for designs. Every purchase I have loved, top quality and fast shipping. Always so helpful and friendly! 100% recommend!

Where to start from? The amazing personalised experience you get every time you order something or communicate with them? The fact that you get little gifts (incense cones and a beautiful thank you card with a drawing that can be used in scrapbooks or pinboards) in every single package? I have nothing negative to say about this brand. Literal queens, we have no choice but to stan 🐺❤
