For someone that doesn't wear a whole lot of jewellery, I own SO MUCH Dixi! Everything is so beautiful, and really high quality. You definitely get what you pay for. Their rings are to die for but everything else is amazing as well! Their earrings are the only ones I tend to wear nowadays. They are a lovely bunch and are always happy to help, respond quickly if you need them and the awesome online community they have made is a testament to their awesomeness! When you spend your hard earned money on dixi jewels you know you are supporting actual people doing what they love and I would rather do that than go with the bigger "cheaper" retailers any day of the week! Not a single thing I have ordered from dixi has let me down in the slightest, I adore it all!

I have never been a jewellery person, but since finding them I absolutely love wearing my rings and necklaces! They're amazing quality and just look beautiful!
Their designs are like nothing I've seen before and I cant get enough!

These guys are honestly amazing, I've been ordering from them for a while now and never had an issue. The delivery is always quick and everything is packaged with such care, plus the jewellery is super cute too so what's not to like? :) All the things I've bought are still in amazing condition too!

I've purchased several items from Shop Dixi over the years and they never let me down. Quality is always amazing and the customer service is fab, so patient and considerate. I love everything I've ever bought from them and the finish is incredible as some of these rings see almost daily use!

I was sent a selection of faulty and seconds jewellery as “mystery items”, the retailer would not acknowledge there was an issue, and refused a refund stating that these products were final sale items, no returns would be accepted and the “quality reflected the price paid”.
I don’t care how much I’ve spent on something, I expect it to be fit for purpose and not damaged or faulty.
After being ignored for two weeks, I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute to recover the moneys I paid.
I had seen some beautiful pieces I was considering purchasing to wear on my wedding day, but unfortunately the customer service (or lack of) has put me off purchasing from this business again.

I have been a regular customer with Dixi for a while now.
And I honestly have to say that there aren’t any faults. Their customer service is fantastic and I have noticed that they go above and beyond for their customers. Their jewellery and homeware is absolutely gorgeous! They are my go to for any occasion, whether that is a birthday, a present for a loved one or just a sneaky treat for myself (which often happens).
I would recommend dixi to anyone that is looking for something unusually beautiful, or just as a pick me up for a rubbish week!

The Dixi team go above and beyond with every order I’ve made! It is like my birthday each time I open a parcel from them as they carefully craft each package before sending, even if I’ve only purchased a ring it comes looking fabulous! I have had great customer service from them with really great quick interaction on social media as well. These products look stunning in person- even more so than they do online which is really saying something because they look incredible on the site already!

Very pretty jewellery but not worth it if you're overseas. I bought three pieces in a sale and ended up with one item missing from the package. I asked support to send me the missing earring and they first responded with a generic 'I'm sorry your item was damaged' email and then told me they couldn't ship the missing item to me because they were 'a small business'. I know shipping costs are high, but I expected a bit more flexibility from a ‘small business’. The stud was so small it would have fitted into a normal envelope, but they weren’t even interested in finding a solution.
[edit] They ended up refunding me, but since the sale was already over and they didn’t refund the shipping of course, I would have had to pay almost three times as much to purchase it again.

That being said, the quality isn't amazing either. Two necklaces that I bought a year ago are already broken.

I’m really saddened by this happening, I still think their pieces are beautiful. But their complete disregard for overseas customers is very, very frustrating.

I have been absolutely in love with this shop for years now and, through several orders, they have never let me down.
I mostly shop rings, and their product quality is amazing (I have been wearing some of them all day, every day for years now and they are still perfect). Plus, the aesthetics is to die for!!!
Finally, their customer service is the best I've ever seen, they're quick to respond, always helpful, and generally nice people that manage to make the more obsessed among us feel part of our own little pack!

I've lost count of how many orders I've placed with ShopDixi, everything on their website is stunning and reasonably priced. They always take excellent care with packaging and it feels like Christmas Day whenever my package arrives. The team are also lovely and very helpful. Couldn't recommend this store more.

I love shopdixi, I've been buying all my jewellery from them for around 5-6 years now and have not had one problem with them.
Recently I ordered a ring that had 2 of its little side gems fall out, this is the first time in those 5-6 years I've ever had a issue with any of their products. Victoria was extremely helpful, she responded to my email within a couple hours and offered to send me a replacement.
Best customer service I've ever received, and I will never stop recommending shopdixi to all my friends and any strangers I meet for the rest of my life 😂
