Dixi is probably my favourite place to buy rings, it is so unique and their pieces are just beautiful! They always process and dispatch orders incredibly quickly, considering they are only a very small business. The jewellery quality is also 10/10, I've had some pieces for years and they are in pristine condition despite lots of wear. Thanks ladies!

Shop Dixi is one of my key, go-to stores when I'm itching for some new jewellery. Everything I've ever received from them is of the highest quality and is so, so beautiful. Their customer service team has been exceptionally helpful anytime I've had a question, and their packaging is absolutely stunning to boot! It always includes a lovely thank you note, and a card for aftercare of your items. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful jewellery, very good price especially in the sale. High quality & unique items which are not too expensive even full price - received a ring from here as a gift so decided to treat myself to a few things, which I am hoping wear when I get married (whenever that eventually is!) All individually wrapped in tissue paper, some lovely little prints, incense cone and a nice thank you note too (didn't get to see any of that the first time so was a nice surprise). Would be perfect to give as a gift as it comes if you take out the invoice. Can't recommend highly enough & will 100% be treating myself again! :)

The shop is so cute I love their aesthetic and style! My earrings are super cute and comfortable whilst also being work appropriate but still alternative (I got the lil coffin earrings) also the packaging with the incense and care card!! I'm so pleased I came across ShopDixi on Instagram, I instantly fell in love with their jewelry . I purchased two lockets, a ring and a pumpkin necklace, the materials are great, more so because they do not oxidise as other pieces of jewelry tend to do after they are worn just once! Also, international delivery was always punctual, on every item I purchased. I'm very pleased with their product and I will surely buy again from their online shop.

I absolutely adore this store, everything I've bought from here has been impeccable quality and the customer service is one of the best! The shipping is also crazy fast and everything is packaged beautifully. I suffer from severe eczema so have to be careful where I buy my jewellery from but have never had an issue with anything from this store. None of the products I've bought have ever aggravated my skin which is bloomin marvellous!

So when the same can I gave in and got few pieces.
Let me just say the delivery was faster than a lightning! Seriously! Dispatched yesterday my order came today morning! In between new year and Xmas and in the middle of pandemic.
The pieces themself are beautiful as expected. So happy with my order(even got lucky with lucky dip!)the way it was packed with a picture freebie.
Didn't have issues with customer service whatsoever only great communication and nice replies to my messages.

Shop Dixi is my go to site for jewellery and now cute homey items too. The site is easy to navigate and the product photos are absolutely gorgeous. The product descriptions will never leave you guessing and often help me decide which products to wishlist. As someone who wears a lot of jewellery I can safely say that Dixi is a gold mine of beautiful jewellery from delicates to statement pieces, this site has it all. I currently wear a minimum of 5 dixi rings and 1 necklace on the daily and have never had any issues with the products I wear, there is no green residue after weeks of daily wear and they still look as gorgeous as they did when I first opened my dixi package. The girls that work at dixi have the cutest way of packing items, sometimes including cute cards with gorgeous autumn themed designs or a luxurious smelling incense cone! The packaging is always slightly different which just adds to the joy of getting your dixi parcel! The girls who work at dixi have the most phenomenal customer service! I have never had an issue with my orders but I often message them with tons of excited questions and they always respond with sound advice or excitedly talk about a product. Shop Dixi is my go to site for jewellery & I simply cannot praise them enough and i’m sure you’ll feel the same way.

I have never had a bad experience. The Jewlery is always beautiful, packaged with care. The descriptions on the website are always clear and explain how the item works, what it looks like etc. Colour options are also always really clear. And I love how they showcase their items on Instagram! All in all wonderful shop. Shame about Brexit possibly making all of this harder to get to me D:

For someone that doesn't wear a whole lot of jewellery, I own SO MUCH Dixi! Everything is so beautiful, and really high quality. You definitely get what you pay for. Their rings are to die for but everything else is amazing as well! Their earrings are the only ones I tend to wear nowadays. They are a lovely bunch and are always happy to help, respond quickly if you need them and the awesome online community they have made is a testament to their awesomeness! When you spend your hard earned money on dixi jewels you know you are supporting actual people doing what they love and I would rather do that than go with the bigger "cheaper" retailers any day of the week! Not a single thing I have ordered from dixi has let me down in the slightest, I adore it all!
