I stumbled across this small business at the start of the year, and I am obsessed! The girls are easy to talk to, go above and beyond for their customers, and are always grateful for their new and returning customers.
Their jewellery is well crafted, dreamy, and I get so many compliments when I wear them. The jewellery always comes in a cute little package, with leaflets on how to care for them properly. They have something for everyone, whether you want a vintage piece, or something minimalist.
Safe to say that I will be returning again to add to my stack, and the girls are amazing! Ahwooo🐺 #dixipack

Pretty much all of my rings are from Dixi! I adore all of their pieces and am always so excited to receive my parcel as the unboxing experience is absolutely magical. Its clear the team put so much effort into each package and I have never had any issues with placing an order/ the delivery / the items I received. When my package arrived, I was blown away by the presentation. It was like receiving a little gift from a fairy godmother. The jewellery came in a cute little box and each piece was carefully wrapped in tissue paper. The attention to detail here is amazing.

Another thing that impressed me was their customer service. I had a question about sizing, so I reached out to them through their Instagram. I got a friendly and helpful response within hours. It's refreshing to see a small business that actually cares about its customers.

To sum it up, Shop Dixi is my new go-to for gorgeous jewellery. Their website is easy to use, the jewellery is top-notch, the customer service is fantastic, and they actually care about their customers. I can't recommend them enough. I’ve been purchasing my jewellery from dixi for a number of years now and I am never disappointed. The attention to detail in all design work, tender care in packaging and follow up messages with the lovely ladies behind this brand make it a much beloved brand. My most recent purchase is their beautiful Artemis ring in sterling silver. The detail of the piece is so stunning and it’s fast becoming a staple for my daily wear. Thanks ladies for the impeccable service and continuing to create such wonderful things!

A beautiful company with beautiful products. Everything I have ordered has been delivered promptly and packaged so beautifully! Everything I have bought from Dixi has remained perfect and is of brilliant quality. Im an autumn gal and Dixi in autumn is truly wonderful- their pumpkin wreath ring is one of the most beautiful things that I own, I adore it! 10/10 recommend.

Favourite jewellerly business ever! Also a SMALL BUSINESS, let's give these lovlies some credit 'cause they work so hard. I first bought from them back in 2017, have ordered from them at least 12 times, spent A LOT, won a contest and never had a problem or complaint. I'm from Italy and it wasn't always easy/possible buying from the UK with the Brexit, COVID and numerous strikes BUT the DIXI team was always honest, keeps us updated with every issues/news and was always kind and available via their Instagram page (go and check them out, they're AWESOME) and they were NEVER rude or mean.

I'm also a sensitive skin person, I can wear Sterling Silver only and I wear their pieces every single day. They're extremely clear and honest on their site, every single piece of jewelry is described accurately, even with the provenience of the stones and gems and it's not an obvious thing.
They have an amazing style, beautiful collections and designs, a vintage selection that is chef's kiss and prices and sales extremely affordable without being cheap. I have a lot of second pieces (means they have minor aesthetic issues) and I wear a lot of their rings every day without taking them off when I wash my hands, wash the dishes, when I sleep ecc. in short, a lot of things that can damage the jewellery and I never have a problem with them at all. The quality is so good that not only I've never had a gem or stone fall off but the oxidized part are still black, they are so resistent, the incisions are still perfect and I always receive a ton of compliments for their aspect, style and desing.
They also sell different metals jewellry, not only sterling silver, and the quality is top notch too. I have a bunch of earrings and they are stunning.
Packages are amazing, the attention and care they put even in small orders is fantastic I still got some incense cones and cards and little stamps. They also send you instructions so you can take care of the jewellery at your best.

In conclusion, the DIXI fam is amazing, favourite and only business I buy jewels from and I look forward for the next launch.
