The team at Dixi are always a delight to work with. I started out just stalking their Instagram account and when I finally ordered I was amazed with the incredible service. So much so, I have ordered at least eight more times in the past 6 months. Their sales are unbelievable value and I would suggest keeping an eye on their Instagram Stories for excellent deals. Support a small business and then - like me - you'll never look back. I have gifted their items to my friends and always get compliments on their products.

I have been shopping from Dixi for the 7/8 years and I have never been disappointed with any of the sterling silver rings!! The designs are beautiful, unique and timeless. Most recently I have received two of their newest designs; the Selene ring and Artemis ring also and they are magical, the unboxing of a Shop Dixi parcel is just magical, everything from information about the inspiration behind designs to the graphic design is amazing! After all these years purchasing rings, whether that be full price or seconds pieces from Instagram story sales the quality is just out of this world! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH! Finally! Recently purchased the Selene ring and necklace for my wife and the items are just fantastic and great value for money. I’ve also picked up some small antiques for the house on one of their Instagram story sales and the items arrived inside of 48 hours and packaged superbly, they always take great care with the parcels and I really can not recommend them enough!

I have been a customer of Shop Dixi for yeeaaarrss, and I think the fact that I keep coming back says a lot about them! My most recent purchase with them was a beautiful vintage piece with the prettiest little acorn details that was lovingly and sustainably hand picked by them. It arrived as always, on time, and carefully wrapped in a mixture of repurposed packaging and forgaged goodies to add a little extra magic. The team at Dixi often pack treats into my orders and leave little hand written notes on the invoice. Its little things like this that make the unboxing experience so special and really set them apart from big brands. They are a small team with a BIG heart, and a lot of love goes into each order. I am as always, thrilled with my order, and will absolutely be back!

Honestly perfect in every aspect, I have been shopping at Dixi for years and everything from the carefully curated treasure boxes to their incredible and detailed jewelry, and even down to the ridiculously fast delivery. This time round I got on of the treasure boxes and it was so well curated with some incredible pieces. love how sustainable they are with their packaging too, really is the cherry on top!

This business definitely gets 5 stars from me! Firstly, the products themselves are perfect, I've ordered a few times from them. The most recent ring I ordered was so lovely, it was so pretty and delicate looking whilst also being simple and a lovely ring to stack with! I truly believe there's something for everyone! And secondly, the customer service is impeccable, one of the best I've ever experienced! The ladies on the end of the customer service are so lovely, very helpful and get back to you so quickly! Brought a couple rings as a little treat for myself and was not disappointed at all! The quality is amazing and I cannot praise dixi enough for their hard work on creating these pieces! I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere else. I’ve always received amazing quality items and they are always so lovely lovely lovely! I purchased a gorgeous ring years ago and I wear it everyday! It’s still in perfect shape as well! I also received a second ring as a gift with that purchase and it has also held up wonderfully and I wear it SO much! I recently bought two bundles and am in love with how beautiful and unique everything is.
