I got my purchase earlier than expected and it was very well packaged.

I ordered this on January 18. It said it shipped on January 19th and I still don’t have it. I was happy when I ordered one for my husband for Christmas. But I am not happy right now.

Fantastic service and great selection. Shipping was a little expensive, and the box arrived looking like it traveled around the world, twice. But everything was packed extremely well, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The order took almost 2 months to ship and there was no communication. I won't be using them again.

I was able to get a small batch distillery bourbon that was unavailable to me.
The product came well protected and quickly as advertised.

Appreciated the quick delivery. Would be helpful to make it clear that deliveries require an adult signature as deliveries can't be left without it. At least here in AZ

I have ordered from Shotsbox twice now, both for business gifts. Once in October 2020 - the ordering process was easy, shipping was lightening fast, it was impressive. I ordered again in December 2020, because of such a great previous experience. Shipping was slow, it took 2 or 2.5 weeks to get shipped out. I understand it is Christmas time, if the package was delayed by the carrier, that is no fault of yours. But I thought it took longer than it should have to be shipped from Shotsbox. However, I will still order from Shotsbox again because of the product and price and because of a great first experience!

The product delivered was as advertised and nicely packaged. The order was placed online, and it took over two weeks for the order to be fulfilled. Delivery was punctual once the order was processed.

Very well packaged.
