Bridgend sinclair best team
I'd had a really bad experience with sinclair Neyland but whenever Bridgend rang to make appointments they were so helpful so I went to sinclair audi Bridgend for my new car and the service and experience was completely different, I can't rate enough how helpful and amazing the service was from the team at Bridgend was definitely worth the 2hr drive to purchase our new car i will definitely recommend Bridgend

Excellent experience.
A great, straightforward process from start to finish. Hywel handled all of my queries excellently and very quickly. A very good video was sent and I bought the car ‘blind’ which is a first for me.
Delivery driver was excellent and on time and I couldn’t be more pleased with the car and, despite the distance would definitely use this dealership again.

Great service and communication, plus good warranty.
Having had a bad experience with Cinch, Andrew from Sinclair was super helpful, and is a credit to the business, no pushy sales approach, I gave my criteria for ideal car, and as and when suitable vehicles became available he'd always keep me up to date.
Purchase process was seamless, entertained and answered all my queries and more than happy to accomodate a few requests prior to purchase, and the 12 month warranty really offers peace of mind.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back in the future should I need another car!

Lovely car from lovely people
A great team at Sinclair Audi Bridgend. Friendly without being overbearing, knowledgeable about every detail of the car, patient with my endless questions. And not a bit pushy. There was a very minor issue with the car I bought and they got it sorted immediately. Definitely recommended if you want an Audi (and why wouldn't you?)

A Seamless transfer from one Q5 to another, including cherished number plate.
We were kept informed by Audi UK and by Richard at Audi Bridgend about how our ‘build’ was progressing and when our Q5 would be delivered.
Swapping our existing Q5 for a new Q5 was seamless. I just felt I had signed my life away with all the on-line signatures required. I was of course able to do this at home, a real plus.

We returned to the Bridgend Sinclair…
We returned to the Bridgend Sinclair Garage because of their service. Hywel in particular understand what we are looking for, gives us options, clearly communicates where we're at in the process and is super helpful and professional. We rate both highly, the car retailer and the service we received. Special thanks to Hywel and his team for finding us the "Unicorn" we were looking for. We'll return to them next time because we can always rely on them to deliver what we're looking for.

Poorly trained sales people
Telephoned to enquire about buying a Q3. But the salesperson was quite arrogant, and constantly spoke over me. When trying to get a rough PX value for my car, he began to speak like a politician, giving a low rough figure. He came across very untrustworthy, so I asked him to remove my contact details from his system. I wouldn't buy a car from someone like him. The only problem with buying a new car is having to deal with unscrupulous sales people like this guy, I think his name was Huel.
