Great experience and customer service
I had a great experience dealing with Tom Andrews at Sinclair Land Rover. From start to finish he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The dealership itself was welcoming and well run, which made the whole experience even better. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and any questions I had were answered promptly and honestly. Overall, a really smooth and straightforward experience.
I’d happily recommend both Tom and Sinclair Land Rover.

Sadly a really disappointing experience
Sadly a really disappointing first 6 months of being a customer at this Cardiff branch; from being rushed to take car before month end to meet targets with outstanding works needing to be completed, having to chase for the work to be fulfilled months later, to more recently having a breakdown resulting in my car being on the forecourt for 10 days without being looked at.
Formal complaint raised, but still not even acknowledged over a week later!
Giving two stars as there are some individuals in the business who have been really helpful, but overall a seriously disappointing service.
Please do better for your customers Sinclair Land Rover Cardiff! For a premium brand, the service and customer experience so far has fallen really short!

5* Customer experience to find the dream car.
Experience has been 5* from start to finish. Expert knowledge from Josh has been second to none. I was after a very particular car and he didn’t give up trying to find me the perfect car. Over the moon with the car and the experience throughout. Was always kept up to date and he always had time to answer my million and one questions. Would thoroughly recommend.
