Why am I all of a sudden paying vat? I havennt purchased for a while and noticed when it was to late I was paying £6 more in vat?

3pairs of trousers all different styles all top name stores and all at a minimal price .what more can I say well done single price .

I ordered a large Tshirt size 12 to 14. When it arrived it was far too small, I would guess a size 8

Disappointed as it was for the Jubilee and I havent got time now to get a replacement

I also had to send it back to you at my own expense

Great quality and value for money but I really wish there was more description for the items eg material, elastane etc and what size model is wearing would be a great help when deciding size to order.

Been ordering for a few years now from single price only had two bad item which was way too small minus the one star. Wish they would put on they site what size the model is wearing to help find the correct fit. But otherwise would recommend. Just received a playsuit from them which fits perfectly really happy with it 😊

I love single price been buying stuff for years such great prices for quality products I paid £5 for a pair of shorts and they were from United colours of Benetton so got a really good bargain.

Previous instances where they sent me an incomplete order and I was asked to wait until they investigate, despite sending them evidence the large item had not been sent. Another time I was sent an unsealed make up item, not to mention dispatch/delivery delays issues. This time was the last straw. Ordered a bag they sent me the wrong one, sent them all the info, instead of sending me the one I ordered and paid for right away, they asked me to print a label and return the one I was wrongly sent first?! Holding my money and my item?
Any companies in their right mind wouldn’t add further inconveniences to the customer. Over 48 hours they still haven’t responded to my last email. The bag I purchased is now out of stock according to their website.
These people are actually mad!

Absolute scammers. This is the company who can admit they've failed to deliver a service & will send you an email saying they'll refund to your debit card.. but then fail to issue the refund while insisting they did.

My bank & bank statement confirm Single Price issued no refund. Lieing thieving company. Believe the comments you see on their Facebook posts from people who received partial orders yet were charged for a full order then blocked by single price Facebook page. Their social media customers responses show the truth

My shorts fit me perfectly which is a first as when I order shorts offline the sizing is wrong and they are always too big.

Different size that what is on website. Doesn't match... I bought a t-shirt size M and it's suitable for a person wearing XXL
