Order #432614. I returned 5 items via Royal Mail on 29 October 2025, paying return postage myself. The retailer confirmed delivery, yet over three months later I am still waiting for my refund. I’ve chased this multiple times and feel completely ignored. This has been stressful, disappointing, and a huge waste of time. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this company.

I hoped that the reviews saying scam wouldn't apply to me, so I used them because they have a 4 star rating overall on Trustpilot.
What actually happened was that I ordered a coat from them, it came with weird black marks on it, so I asked them for a refund. While they did provide me with a returns label (normally they make you pay for returns fyi), it took a month for me to even get a refund (I stopped asking for an exchange after 2 weeks of getting the runaround, and simply wanted my money back).

They kept saying they were currently moving warehouses and things were taking longer to locate, but reading some of the reviews here on more detail showed me they've been giving that excuse for years. After 3 weeks of useless apologies, and them refusing to even acknowledge they had my package, I told them I would report their company for fraud. Suddenly I got my refund in 2 days. Will never use again, absolutely terrible experience.

I didn’t receive some items and it’s been way over 2-3 weeks and no resolution. My parcel arrived damaged and I still haven’t received replacements or refunds. Customer services don’t even respond much and when they do reply it’s with the same automated responses and then telling me they need more time to investigate! How does it take 3 weeks!!! I want my money back for my damaged order, missing goods and the length of time I’ve spent chasing this up and having little response. The customer services is rubbish, just an email as contact. No number to call.

ordered jumpers not very good. sun streaked jumper. other did not like them.

Sent me an incorrect item so I asked if they could provide me with a free returns label but before agreeing they tried to offer me a partial refund and keep the item, I explained I wanted to return for a full refund so I did and it was recieved by them 2 days after return BUT they've only refunded me for the initial postage cost. I've had to do a chargeback with my bank to get the full amount, an inconvenience from start to finish, won't be ordering again

I bought 2 jumpsuits off here for my gender reveal. One turned up with a rip in the seam the other I didn’t like. So I asked to return them to her given a rubbish reply. I basically either keep them and fix it for a refund of £6. These cost me well over £35 and they won’t refund me the full amount over something they sent faulty!! The gender reveal has since passed and still heard nothing. So I’m not stuck with 2 jumpsuits I don’t like 1 of which is faulty and no refund!!!

Consistently good. Products are truly portrayed so no disappointment when they arrive.

I ordered on 5.11.22, contacted customer services after no order received by 11.11.22. I explained That i needed the coat for a Funeral on 15.11.22 and the communication and help I received has been second to none. They sent a personalised email with condolences and then have sent another coat next day delivery as well as partially refunded my postage. The item was indeed delivered next day less than 24hrs.
It is a lovely quality coat.
I would use again.

Seems like I am not the only one who hasnt received their order despite them taking the money onthe day it was placed which was 24 days ago.customer service is awful and they dont reply.i dont know how companies like this survive .Either send the goods or refund me.At least have the decency to contact the customers who ,like me,ask where their good are.
