An annoying dripping tap - so a small job but Sam came out, told me what to order and then returned to fit the parts. Whole process was most efficient. Sam was prompt and courteous. I will definitely call next time a need a plumber.

As an long term owner of a warm air central heating unit I am delighted to have found such an excellent local engineer to look after its annual servicing.
Sam was extremely thorough, very meticulous and happy to talk me through what he was doing.

Came to the house two hours after I rang them about the boiler making a noise. Sam diagnosed that the pump was the problem and fitted a new one straight away.
Now the radiators are warmer than they have ever been!

Couldn't recommend Sam more highly. After reviewing the issue over WhatsApp, he arrived within an hour on a Saturday morning and fixed a leak in a pipe that was soaking the kitchen. Not only that, he gave me advice on how to install a CH controller myself.

Sam is basically a legend. One phone call in the morning here just after lunch, fixed water leak in loft that was causing a ceiling leak. Quick, efficient and very polite. Highly recommend Sam and his company, just brilliant. Even being given a quote on ceiling repair the leak had damaged. Thank you SJW, you deserve all the business you get.

Sam and his company replaced a boiler for me in May 2024. His quote was very reasonable and his gas engineer Luke came on time and did a fabulous job both in fitting the boiler and the clean up afterwards. Luke also noticed a problem with the wiring to my boiler and again was very helpful in rectifying the problem, even helping me move furniture around. Overall, great, friendly staff and I would recommend them to anyone

SJW Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing a leaking pipe and joint under my top-floor bathroom. Despite the challenge of identifying the issue, Sam and his team were professional and efficient. They resealed the old sealant around the master bedroom shower and repaired the leaky pipe quickly. Sam was friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend SJW Plumbing for its excellent service.

Needed a replacement bath waste. Sam replied promptly to my enquiry and arranged for Ben to come and fit the part a few days later. Ben is very pleasant and a neat worker, and managed well the job that proved to be trickier than anticipated. Called SJW on the 26th and was booked in on the 27th which is amazing as other companies wanted days if not weeks just to look at the job and then send me a quote. Sam quoted me on the phone in minutes and booked me in for the next day to carry out the work.
Ben came on time and was very friendly and carried out the work as agreed on the telephone with Sam.
I cannot recommend SJW enough, Ben carried out the jobs quickly and cleaned up after and the price was the best I'd had compared to all the other companies that I had spoken to.

Excellent Service. Needed a new bath tap fitting which was in an awkward position to replace. Toilet and Bath both needed taking out completely in order to fit the new tap. Luke did a great job. Kept us updated throughout and managed to fit the new tap and refit the bath and toilet with no damage whatsoever. We are so pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
