I miss buyed a wrong packet. And got money back same day very good support.

Tried skill cap for 2 months. Ive never been more depressed about playing league. Lost a full division and I think I'm really about to quit all together. 0/10 stars.

I paid for 2 years in a row and liked the content they produce. Even though a lot of videos are posted on Youtube, I liked to support the team doing them and go into some detailed videos that were not online.
The support helped rather quick even over the holidays. Whenever I'll come back to WoW or other supported Skill-Capped games, I will consider the subscription again.

I paid for a 12 months subscription to push arenas.

The courses helped me a lot even if I didn't succeed to reach my goals.
After this period I decided to stop the game again for personal reasons.

But unfortunately ,I just got the renewal.

However, being transparent and honest with Skill Capped team about my intentions this year, they decided to refund me the renewal and cancel my subscription, thank you for your success client policy.

I'll probably comeback to competitive games in few years, then I know where to find resources to improve.

Content is great. Learned some things about my class and other classes which definitely worth it if you want to get better at your class.

Their content is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving and mastering wow pvp.

30 day refund doesn't happen - so it's a scam!

I signed for the One-Month Trial.
After checking the Website I thought I'm Out of the Subscription. I wasn't and didn't receive an email for renew my Subscription so I lost 3 months (60$)

Purchased a course for error, they refunded me fast with no problem. Great team !

I had a problem with my account on renewing my membership - I couldn't renew cuz it told me that I already have an active membership. Yet, I don't have one and every video is locked.. so I went on Discord and contacted Discord supp which redirected me to email address..

I wrote an email to that address and got no response for 5 days... Tried some ''admin on Discord'' too but it seems Skill Capped has no support or anything cuz got no response for the same amount of days too + he is online

The only one who responded was some random dude doing discord supp which as a former customer I appreciated but leaving feedback at the same time that a business without proper support kind of sucks 🤷‍♀️ wanted to renew my membership that was and is somehow bugged.. but I guess nobody cares so.. - customer bye 👋

I am lol player from eu west, Sususanooh. I struggled to get any grip on game post patch and became so bad at game that I ended in Iron1. I always blamed 'my potato teammates' because I thought I could play. After seeing materials for support role, I immediately improved, like a switch of a button. With new understanding i managed to reach Silver 4 in just 10 days with 76% winrate. Materials at this site helped me so immensely that I can once again reach plat without cheesing otp champion. My understanding of game has become so much expanded I regained my joy, confidence and no longer blame someone making mistakes since now I can see, that I was the one making them as well. I no longer tilt, since I can see possibilities and victory conditions. I can now carry even disastrous games just by solid decision making. I only had 1 month access but learning and knowledge was well worth my money. Thank you.

I used the service a year ago and ranked up to gold 3 from bronze 2. I’d say the services are excellent and the support team responds faster than other products that offer coaching and tips.

I Messed up my subscription but the support team are very quick to response on the promised timeframe. I Appreciate your team.

No email confirmations/receipts/notifications or subscription information provided whatsoever. Content was mediocre and barely helped in platinum.

I love their idea, their videos and overall everything skill-capped stands for. I recently contacted customer service about an enquiry, and their response was very fast and they were very understanding. 5 out of 5 stars.

if you're serious on improving, its totally worth it

Unfortunately, I didn’t like the content of the videos. They seemed very basic and not super helpful. All of the content I saw could easily be found either on their own YouTube channel or others for free.

I give it 3 stars because the customer service was fantastic and very helpful when I asked for a refund within the first 30 days. Also, anyone new to the game or with very little game knowledge will likely benefit from the service.

Very happy with the customer service. I made a mistake and ordered a full year when i wanted only a month (my fault for not reading) they instantly replied and gave me a full refund with no questions asked.
