Skill-Capped is a phenomenal resource for tracking and improving your play at just about every level. I used it regularly and saw marked improvements in my rank and skill. Highly recommend this for anyone who feels "hard stuck"

Everything Is outdated and their money back garunetee is riddled without loop holes so they don't have to refund you.

It has been over a week since I contacted support asking about a refund that they heavily advertised, and I have yet to hear anything. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND YOU REGARDLESS OF THEIR CLAIM. I asked for a refund because their information is outdated and not 100% relevant to the game. I purchased this service for League of Legends only to be extremely disappointed to see they don't update their guides or information on a patch-by-patch basis. For 18.99 a month, you would think they would not just recycle guides made years ago. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND/THEY WON'T REFUND YOU

I forgot to cancel my annual membership. When I contacted support I explained that I don't play the game I was using skill capped for anymore and that I also couldn't get logged into my account. I was only looking for help getting logged in to cancel the subscription and they refunded the payment that had already been processed as well. I didn't even ask! I'll definitely come back if I ever play again.

Good customer service and good service over all if you're playing league of legends.

First of all, sorry about my rusty english, this is not my main language. Well, i just bought the 1 year skill capped service by accident, then send an email explaining the situation for them. The next day they gave me a full refund in my purchase. Awesome customer service and honest website.

Mostly great, a bit expensive but it's the internet. They even refound me when I payed a year too much.

Do not trust their refund policy.

On December, 7th 2021, I subscribed and used their content actively.
Exactly one year later, on December, 7th 2022, I requested a full refund according to their policy. I have been actively playing, watching their videos, and had not improved (Gold to Gold).

First I learned that their FULL refund was only a "six month refund". You have to read and REMEMBER these little lines.
Secondly they even refused to refund anything at all. Their excuse? "No transaction made can be refunded after 12 months by many banks/card providers such as PayPal."

So I requested a 50% off voucher that I could use for a resubscription. It seems fair given they denied a legit six-month refund. Skill Capped refused. Maybe because I was one day too late and should have guessed there was a 12-month limit? I no longer want to support these greedy deceivers.

While I enjoyed their content, I did not improve over 500+ matches and watching 100+ of their videos.

As many other people who tried out Skill-Capped I also got the 1 year, 80 Dollar subscription. But it's nothing you could not know beforehand.
I was serious about improving and was thinking, that I might use the site a full year.
Due to the offer, that you get your money back within 30days I took the offer not too worried about anything.

The site itself is not super clear arranged and there is no obvious guideline for beginners, so you kind of have to find the right order for the courses for yourself which I found to be a little disturbing as I had legit no experience playing league before.

So after 29 days I cancelled my subscription - I got no money back and I could in theory still use the site although in my profile it said "status cancelled".
So after 1-2 weeks I wrote an e-mail to the support and they pretty much immediately answered and I got my full refund of the 80 dollar.

They did not honor their refund policy!

While I have used their service actively, their support stated:
> You only had one active month in the June 2021 to June 2022 period, you needed at least six to qualify.

Bought the subscription where it say 6,99$ per month and then charged my card by 80$. Wrote an e-mail for the refund and got the response that I will get it but it has been already so much time waiting for my money back and the only thing they did was the another charge on my card for like 16$. Idk why the site is scamming but be aware and don’t use it. I got scammed so I want you all to know how does it work :) The contact with support is such on a 0 level and can’t get any more info.

I signed up for a monthly subscription of 6.99$ and got taken off 80$ from my credit card.

I am waiting on the refund as we speak and I don't really have my hopes up.

P.S. I don't even have access to the course after paying that much.

The guides they have on their platform is truly helpful and helps you get out of your current rank. Best thing is, is when you ask for a refund in the 30 day trial, they do not hesitate and gives a FULL refund

After some misunderstanding the support helped me and I got a full refund. They are really helpful and kind, I recommend.

They will take your money and not help I payed and can’t even login to my account… wish I reviewed this site more charge me 83$ too said 7$ but charged me for a year AVOID!!!

Spent 60$+, the site was rough to navigate, the one coach i tried said he stopped playing league recently and didnt give any interesting info. And i tried to reach out to support and got zero help: "we cant, unfortunately, sorry, sorry, no, try to read our policies, etc"
