The whole booking experience was so efficient and quick I have to give this company a whopping 5⭐️out of 5⭐️

Asked to book business class flights to Barbados and was given the new style cabin in BA. Told them that I would prefer to go with Virgin if there was any chance the plane would change to old style rubbish seats.
I was assured that the only way the plane would change was a fault on the day which was very unlikely.
I then booked and within a couple of weeks I went on the BA site and saw that they had changed to old style a reallocated me seats that were unsuitable with no contact to me from anyone. I have spoken to them and they just wipe their hands of it. Will tell you anything to get your money. Very disappointed.

This is the second time we’ve booked our Business Class flights with SkyClub and, once again, the customer service has been exemplary.

From the initial enquiry, through to final confirmation SkyClub operate head and shoulders above other travel companies that we deal with.

The agent (Bella) contacted us promptly within hours of our initial enquiry and we had four flight options for our trip to Barbados. Bella worked with us to explore accommodation options and within two days our trip was finalised. The flight costs are always very competitive.
