Cancelled reservation without telling me??
I made a hotel reservation for May 10th using this website. Yesterday I tried to check in and they said my reservation had been cancelled. However, I did not cancel the reservation.
The hotel said they did have a reservation for May 11 (the wrong date).

Great Site with High Quality Options
This was my first time using your site was an overall great experience. The site was easy to navigate my search and had high quality options for my stay.
As a business/personal traveler who is a Member of various hotel groups; I found your pricing very competitive. I am curious to know, if in the future, will you be featuring an option to add Member IDs for these various hotel groups to have the ability to earn points/rewards? As a valued Member this becomes increasingly important to earn the perks the hotels offer.
I work for a Sales Team that I would like to provide your site to who travel extensively throughout the year and your site will be of value to our Team.

Customer service is horrible. No phone number to talk to anyone. Only open regular business hours. Could only communicate through email. Would have been 5 Stars if you could actually talk to someone via phone 24/7 or at least till something like 10pm

Hotel never received my reservation and…
Hotel never received my reservation and there was no one to call. We never even stayed but my account was debited.This company is absolutely bs. While they responded to my bad review with there is a number to call, there really is not. Also, the money has not been credited to my account. This was a huge inconvenience. Do not use this company.
